Not buggy in that sense. Sometimes he punishes you even for doing the right thing. Sometimes he refuses to flash green at all.

You just walk 10 meters back, wait for his same as always running (unless enemies hit him out if it), then he attacks (if he doesn't bug out) shoot him (if you arent too perfect)

Like sure for other demons you can also simplify it to something like this

Personally I’d make the Marauder a mini-boss. He’s a very independent character so it would make sense to have a separate encounter with each one, separate from spawning demons.

I will reiterate my stance from yesterday: if someone held me at gunpoint I'd "side with Mick".

And it's great that we have actual receipts, but the receipts themselves mostly seemed cherry picked examples (this is mostly playing Devil's Advocate, I do think they're damning but they also don't show everything, just what paints Mick in a good light and id in a bad light).
