1. When 2016 says Argent D'Nur was "colonized during the First Age of Ascension," it is talking about the planet being visited by the Wraiths during Argent D'Nur's First Age (which is not a thing), rather than Hell colonizing Argent D'Nur in their own First Age
2. The Slayer was thrown in the sarcophagus right after the Betrayal, as his friends were killed, and says the Codex saying there were rumors of the Slayer fighting in Hell at this point is just wrong, and that's why they say it's just a rumor
3. That The Dark Ages and the Sentinel lore as a whole happens in the Third Age, since the Codex says that's when the Great One was killed
4. That Doomguy did his eons-long rampage across Hell as a human, post-64, which is in the First Age, and he does this all the way until the Third Age until he meets the Sentinels.

I feel as though realm in DOOM is just the real use of the word. The Cosmic Realm/the Chaos Realm is ruled by The Old One. The Realm of Argent D'Nur is ruled by King Novik (at least in the context of TDA). It just reads to me that realm is analogous to kingdom or somewhere with a ruler
