yk the best part of the leaders/champion superheavies is that they actually behave slightly differently compared to the regular enemies, which is very obvious once you play a few rounds with them in the ripatorium
like a leader cyberdemon shoots 3 skulls instead of 1, and they are much harder to falter in melee in addition to having a boatload of HP added on

Sure but it’s the same sort of situation. The game wasn’t built to handle two slayers at once (there was also some encryption issue with Invasion). And, unlike Eternal, TDA has 0 MP support to pull from. At least Eternal had Battlemode in place to back any future co-op modes.

Tbh I think the one I have the least fun fighting is the cacodemon, it literally forces you to wait until it's done with its projectiles before you can deal damage.
