Two things.

1. If you want to do something you're afraid to you've to "just do it" sounds stupid but that's how it is.
2. Forcing yourself to sleep doesn't work. Instead just try to get extremely bored at a place you feel safe.

For me, because of not having slept for such long periods in the end I fell asleep basically everywhere. Even mid conversation. And even while I was speaking myself.

Tbh those breathing exercises always caused me anxiety and a feeling of "failing" and thereby stress. So they never really worked for me. So don't feel bad if they also don't work for you. I can totally understand.

I "work" from home

I say "work" because my current paying project is a charity funded thing so I'm charging them pennies (literally pennies, will work out about 25/30p an hour once all the work is done)

and the rest of my "work" doesn't pay well at all
I made a whopping $0.02 on rumble last year because I am DJ and the publisher gets the streaming revenue on most of the music I play

Haven't been in to the Diablo 4 streams, feels too chaotic and spastic on screen to enjoy watching. That and still feel a bit burned by the Diablo franchise.
