I will say this much about those performance improvements:

1. they are valid, but that is knowledge a render/graphics programmer would know, a gameplay programmer not necessarily.
2. even though the optimization works, it's not required. A simple cursory look through the steam reviews would reveal nobody is complaining about performance, so trying to fix it would be a waste of time at this point

If you make a YouTube video. Write a script and then read it. I do like your smalltalk approach, just giving ou your thoughts and all, but in a way, your potential isn't fully realized I feel. The last 4 minutes, apart from a few inclinations and pauses, were actually well spoken. Something I'd expect for a 250+k view production. You deserve more followers ez.

Also overall good constructive criticism. Not a bad video at all. Just practice a little bit when it comes to presentation and you release banger videos

honestly man, in my personal experience I've been working on a scifi book series for more than a decade, and haven't published anything. It's very near and dear to my heart, and i won't push a product that i'm not completely sure is my artistic vision, no matter how long it takes. It's in early access for a reason. I've had a patreon off and on for the development of my story, but the fact remains that if you have a problem with a product not being finished, then you've misunderstood the concept of "early access"
