Hello guys and <@&403768316105064458> ! I've the premium extension and i use the commands to add roles for my League Of Legends discord.
When the user say "!adc", the bot add the role "Adc" and the bot answer "The role "Adc" Has added".
I added the role "adc" in banned roles for he can't use this command when he has already the role.

The bot answer "You can't use this command". I want to personalise this message in "You have already this role".

So it could be cool to add a "If" on the answers of the bot: "If the user has the command, the bot respond:
If not, the bot respond:"

Are you asking for a auto responder line dyno's? So you set a word that the bot will respond to and it does not need the prefix.

If yes the staff have said the in the past that it is unlikely to happen because it would abuse the discord API which would cause major outages for the bot

How about a little update in the leaderboard, there is a button that resets all XP, why not also a button that deletes the XP from those who are no longer on the server?
Let's say, for example, someone has 125 users on the server, each level 1 and 40 of them simply go away because of inactivity and the owner wants to refresh the ranking list, he needs a while, why not make it easier with one button?

I was hoping to start raffles on my discord server and was looking for a way to get this done with Mee6. It could be used with the same idea/integration used with the new "Economy" feature, where you would upload an item/whatever you're raffling, and entry for the raffle could be either be a command or response to a reaction or something. if possible, a count down timer until the end of the raffle could be really nice touch.

This hasn't made it into #┃upvote-suggestions yet and I haven't ssen anyone mention it whilst I've been lurking in here but I htink it would be cool if we had a money log (and maybe a xp log) for when users get given coins via daily (or by chatting if that ever gets added) and when they spend money. It could also show what gave them the money and what they spent it on. This log channel could be configured on the dashboard within the economy plugin similalry to how the bot log is selected for the moderator plugin

For example, I want to grab videos from certain playlists on a channel instead of everything the channel posts. Add a new page on the website which shows some or all of the error codes which the bot could experience. Maybe it could just be the most common ones as I don't know how many error codes mee6 has so adding each one might take a while. Or maybe it could be a command for the bot j don't know which would be more feasible

Not possible with those error codes no... no matter how similar errors are each code identifies the particular event that occurred at the time. (as opposed to e.g system error codes you would see on Windows)

__Suggestion: __ Allow the bot to recognize the __*beginning of a custom command *__and have it perform the actions set. As of right now if I had a custom command where people submit multiple links and information in a new line to make it easier to read - rather than it being stacked in single sentence line alongside the command- the custom command would not be recognized and mee6 doesn't perform any actions that I had set.
**Problem: **When users enter and use new lines alongside the custom command mee6 does not perform any custom command actions.
My current work around is having dyno auto responding to when someone uses the command, "If you got the confirmation it worked!" Which is the only solution I have. You can only imagine how confusing this can be for users when they get this autoresponce AND have it confirmed.
**Considered option: **I could also say instead, "make sure to use it in one line!" But besides it being harder for me to read, it also doesn't work if the user messes up the first time and there is a user cooldown attached to the command. (Of course so that they don't spam the command.)

I find the embed plugin really useful however i have nay gripe with it and that is that I can't change which channel the embed is in after I send it. It would be useful if there was a way to change which channel a embed is in and then mee6 would delete the original msg and repost the embed in new channel I selected.

After some thought i guess what I want to be able to do could be done via this ug #┃upvote-suggestions message however it wouldn't be as seamless (at least from the end users perspective).

Suggestion: Have Social Connectors -> Twitch and Twitter use a webhook instead of a bot account to send the message.

Benefits:
• Give premium users more control, to add embed/hyperlinks to the text posted (see below).
• Consistency with other features, such as Social Connectors -> Reddit that use webhooks.

For the economy plug-in :**

possibility to change the amount win by the games and daily

giving the possibility to add a global amount into a “bank” or mee6 to limit unlimited money earning. Any games or daily taking from it.

adding new games like Slots

adding negative amount in some games, giving the possibility to lose money more than the one you put inside it

automatic command, like give-coins from the bot himself based on some action/timer

notification when you can play games (timeout)

Others :

RSS bot, as Reddit and Twitter is kind of limited for some news you can’t find in it

if possible (I’m not coding) giving the possibility for the bot to run personalized command based on action/word/timer

todo list option, or poll option as it’s generally based on the same thing to recall memorizes options

I would like to suggest several tips for the Mee6 economy system.
I would suggest the following:

1- Add a pay system for each role you want to pay.

2- Add a command to make money transfers between members. Currently the "give-coins" do not tap into the personal piggy bank.

3- Add as for the moderation, contrary to the "Banned Lounges", to put there the lounges in which the orders could not be made.

4- Have the possibility to customize the bot's messages when someone uses the command !use.

5- Have the possibility to play games with other players and not against a bot all the time.

6- Be able to sell items in the shop in limited quantities.

The support leaves ALOT to be desired. I would highly recommend a ticketing based bot system be added to the server. I literally havent gotten help for 2 days with my problem with the bot not giving reaction roles even as a premium lifetime license holder where the primary thing I use the bot and the reason i bought it was for the reaction rolls without limits.

There just needs to be a better system for tracking when people need help and to assign mods/helpers etc to fix things as they pop up instead of having it buried in all the chat.

But this suggestion is about mee6 commands in dashboard. Instead of just having "Banned channels" only, what about adding "Allowed channels" where you can only input those commands in that particular channel, this is great for servers that has a lot of channels. It will make them use the command in one (or more) channel only, to make it more organize.

For example, birthday system, where you have a birthday channel to input the commands, but people can go to the other channel to do that too, unless you ban all the channels except for one.

The computing power needed to simply run such a bot is immense, and the resources in terms of server rentage is big, which we pay out of our own pocket.
Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.

This is two suggestions bundled into 1. For starters would it be possible to give members the option to sell items in the economic plugin instead of only being able to buy or use them. The first reason would be if a member buys something too expensive and wants to return it they could sell it before they use it.

The second suggestion using the concept from the first would be to make a “stock market”. This could potentially be an item who’s value is equal to the number of peak members online today. Members could buy the item on an off day and then sell it on an active day to make profit. It could really be linked to any value that fluctuates from day to day like total members (or 10% of total members), new members, total messages, etc.

Verification system using Reaction Roles [1]
MEEWAVE6 I see you're looking to create a verification system, here's what you need to do: Giving and Removing roles

1. You will need 2 roles called "verified" and "not verified" so when people react to the message, they become verified.
You'll need to add the "not verified" role as an auto-role for when people join the server, which you can do in the welcome plugin:

Deny the read messages permission RedTick for the "not verified" role, for each channel so they can't see the channels.

3. Create a channel called #Verification and allow the "not verified" role to read messages GreenTick here in the channel permissions.

4. Go to your MEE6 dashboard https://mee6.xyz/dashboard and select your server, then the Reaction Roles plugin. reactionroles
In the template provided, select the #Verification channel, and edit the reaction message to your liking.

5. Add some reactions for MEE6 to give by selecting an emoji, then click on the + to assign the roles (verified and not verified), also disable the setting "Allow members to pick up multiple roles" then click “Save”
MEE6 should have now posted your reaction message in your verification channel.

6. Finally go to the message and remove the "not verified" reaction by clicking the 3 dots on the message > reactions > click the X on the not verified reaction, to make things look clean

I would like to suggest several tips for the Mee6 economy system.
I would suggest the following:

1- Add a pay system for each role you want to pay.

2- Add a command to make money transfers between members. Currently the "give-coins" do not tap into the personal piggy bank.

3- Add as for the moderation, contrary to the "Banned Lounges", to put there the lounges in which the orders could not be made.

4- Have the possibility to customize the bot's messages when someone uses the command !use.

5- Have the possibility to play games with other players and not against a bot all the time.

6- Be able to sell items in the shop in limited quantities.

Over the last few years the bot has exploded in popularity, and is now in millions of servers.
The computing power needed to simply run such a bot is immense, and the resources in terms of server rentage is big, which we pay out of our own pocket.
Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

For old servers that added MEE6 BEFORE 9/1/19 to their server role-rewards are free.
For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.

I have to say I really love this bot and that i can control it from your website. I dont like using commands so this is pretty awesome! It's also intuitive and easy to understand. Gratz, you did what so many other developers dont understand: You know that that easy and intuitive is the way to go.

I do have a few suggestions that would help this bot becoming a one stop shop:

  • Toggle automatic kicking of members that did not receive a role after a certain amount of time. I use a captcha bot on my server to prevent bots from getting a role, but they can still DM my members with their scheming scams while having no roles.
  • On/off Toggle for "Timers" to choose if the message is embeded or not? I want my MEE6 to send a command in my general chat at certain times, which triggers another bot to do an action. This does not seem to work as long as the message is embedded.

Adding in Allowed Roles, Banned Roles, Allowed Channels, Cooldown, Send Private Response, Delete Command Usage, Do Not Reply to Command. This will allow for more organization and just an overall easier experience with limiting where and what the bot does.
  • A plugin responsible for audit logging. Within that plugin, allow for more logging channels, and more actions to ignore for logs (Ignore if message starts with: <add prefix here>).

Custom Commands

  • Being able to set pre-requisites in order for a custom command to work. Like !command <@user>, if there is no mention, then the command will not work.

Temporary Channels

  • A setting for the channels that are created from the hub (allowing only specific roles to view/join the voice channel, etc etc)
  • Allow to set a custom auto-moderator config that applies to every channel created within the specific hub

Embeds

  • More variables, things like timestamp and message author avatar. (It's already present in the embeds that Mee6 replies with)
  • Allow for a default color across all embeds (command replies included)
  • Allow for a default message/embed across all message options

Timers

  • Let the timer run until a specific date. Kind of like a calendar event with reminders.

Levels

  • Allow certain roles to have an xp multiplier
  • Voice channel xp

Economy

  • Donate coins to other users !gift <@user> <amount>
  • Allow certain roles to have a coin multiplier (just like the xp multiplier suggestion)
  • Temporary shop items. An item or role that lasts an hour or two before disappearing from a person's inventory (good for xp/coin boost)
  • Allow items to be used on other members (buying a role and using/adding it on another user)

Might be a bit farfetched but is there a way to implement a fully fledged pokemon catcher. Like people can use their currency to buy pokeballs then bot could announce a wild pokemon has appeared and users could then use their ball to catch? Sort of like an interactive game?

I wonder if we can have different tabs for the leaderboard with MEE6 Premium.
Example; you have the global leaderboard, and are able to create a secondary leaderboard for every month, or for only the most active members can enter, or when u reach "X" level in the Global automatically enter in that "special / secondary" leaderboard.
Please really needed, then u can program leaderborads to clean every week, or every month automatically, and make synergies with the global leaderboard in your server. And add bot announcement (with the three winners) when leaderboard come to end.

  1. Isnt really possible unless we take the images you have as items and turn them into emojis, and servers by default are limited to 50 emojis, needing boosts to unlock more, so if you have 100 items but only 50 emoji slots.... that wont work out also will pollute the server emojis.
    And you can only have 4 large images, and a thumbnail in an embed and these wouldn't really work either.

  2. hopefully, this would be a game changer with how we can be creative with economy in the servers. In the meantime, what if the bot was more of a bank. And users can !payme <amount> in order to get paid. This already works similar with the !work and !work claim commands. The only difference is that users are requesting an amount. The mee6 admin would be able to tie a “role” to an amount they can get and limit it to a certain amount of claims per day.

  1. !shop item only shows 1 item, which is a thumbnail image so it's possible to show it there. whereas !items user can have loads of items, just like the store, so it's not really possible. you can only have 1 thumbnail image per embed.
  2. you can currently "trade" (i use that loosely) with users just it's nothing what you'd expect, and it's based off of trust, users can !give-item to another user, but nothing with coins, and no forced exchanging at this time.
    ~ certain amount they can claim a day i will add to the list.

Over the last few years the bot has exploded in popularity, and is now in millions of servers.
The computing power needed to simply run such a bot is immense, and the resources in terms of server rentage is big, which we pay out of our own pocket.
Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

Role-rewards
For old servers that added MEE6 BEFORE 9/1/19 to their server role-rewards are free.
For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.

MEE6 has bills to pay so for the developers to make it free means they will have to make something else premium. All the things that are currently free are the most needed things to run a smooth discord server for free. If they make the shop free then they will have to make make one of that most needed things premium.

The developers are trying there best to make as much things premium but that just isn't possible for a big bot like MEE6.

I hope you do understand that they are trying there best, sometimes they pay the bills from there own pockets the they are truly trying.

Sorry for any inconveniences caused because of that.
