@trim imp they do have an api, so it is possible, but even if it isn't put into MEE6, you can put it into a custom bot. You could also use the google books api instead. There's also a handful of bots out there that have book search commands, although I'm not sure of one that uses goodreads specifically.

neither do I, although I'm sure some people might be willing to help make one if you ask around. also, adding on to the suggestion a little more, google books would probably just be for searches, and might have more issues with ratelimits. I'm not sure how the goodreads api works, but it might be possible to use someone's account after authorizing it on the dash, like with the twitter plugin.

I suggest an argument where every time it is triggered it like adds 1 to it, like an argument for counting.
Let's say I wanted to have a vote on my server. There are 3 people nominated: Billy, Bob, and Joe. If I were to make a custom command to vote, it would probably be something like this:

What I suggest is to have a channel where numbers, in this case votes, are stored, and to use an argument, such as {1+} to do it.
What I can do with this is set up a command like so:

{user}, your vote has been registered.
Update counter argument in <select channel>
Votes for {1}: {1+}
So if I were to use this command to vote for Bob, I would say !vote Bob. It would then reply by saying "@grizzled lichen, your vote has been registered." It would then send a message in <select channel> saying "Votes for Bob: 1"
If someone else were to vote for Bob after me, instead of sending a new message in that channel, it would instead update the counter argument to say 2.
If someone else were to vote for Billy, it would then send a new message in <select channel> and say "Votes for Billy: 1"

MEE6 appears to delete the logging webhook once it is kicked/banned from a server, and it might also delete other webhooks that are in use for MEE6, I'm not sure about that. However, especially if someone is just kicking and reinviting MEE6 to try and fix an issue, or if they are using one of the webhooks that MEE6 made for another application, then it would be useful to have an option on the dashboard, maybe in the setting tab, to not delete webhooks when the bot leaves your server and to reuse the webhooks when the bot is reinvited.

SUGGESTION:
When logging moderator activity (messages that have been deleted, someone changes a nickname, etc.), include who did the changing/deleting in the moderation log. This information is available via Server Settings > Audit Log but the MEE6 bot simply tells me that it happened, not who did it. I hope this is possible!

Discord doesn't actually make that information available in a way that the bot can log it. I've asked for the same before and was disappointed to learn why it can't happen.

The event does not contain the information about who did it, but as long as it is an action in discord audit logs as well as one sent to the bot, the bot can request those audit logs and match up the times. although, it would have to send a separate message about who did it, because as far as I know, webhooks cannot edit their messages (although some system or server webhooks can, but those are special cases)

@timber widget I want to believe that onces the last action is taken, MEE6 will reset the offenders Infractions to 0. Triggering the automod from the first infraction of the user starts commiting again.
Also, after commiting an infraction, if user don't violate the automod with the set time fraction, it'll also reset to 0. So with the point you're making, let's assume that the 3rd warn/infraction == mute. Once muted, you can't commit again except maybe editing your last sent message to something funny and MEE6 picks that up as a violation, then it'll carry out the 4th Infraction. Assuming there's no 4th Infraction, that's where the 3rd Infraction action is repeatedly carried out on the user. Eventually this action has to stop as it'll reach the reset period where all Infractions for that user is set to 0 again. I've probably misplaced 2-3 things here but I'm sure you get my point.

also, just to clarify. if you have a server set on high verification settings for entry, or highest (requires 10 minutes on server and/or 2FA) a join role from a bot will be a role assigned, which will bypass the server's security settings
