Hi, dunno if I am doing this right, but... would it be possible or interesting for anyone else to have the user-ID showing up in the leaderboard?
We own a small server that uses Mee6's level system to reward active members. Them leaving without telling anyone on staff they do so for a short break period etc. (yes we are a very, very tight community, hence rules like that) will lead to us looking them up in our leaderboard and resetting them, so the leaderboard stay up to date.
Now here's the deal: The bot is not very reliable with leaderboard entries when it comes to frequently changed nicks or even discord handles.
Adding a trackable static entry to the leaderboard (like displaying the User-ID along with the name on desktop website mode) could help manage a leaderboard in case someone needs to be reset and has the habit of frequently changing their name.

Over the last few years the bot has exploded in popularity, and is now in millions of servers.
The computing power needed to simply run such a bot is immense, and the resources in terms of server rentage is big, which we pay out of our own pocket.
Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

Role-rewards
For old servers that added MEE6 BEFORE 9/1/19 to their server role-rewards are free.
For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.

When it comes to custom commands, make it so you're able to re-organize the order of which your commands are posted when you use the !help command in your server. For example, I would want to put the more useful information at the top while leaving game guides posted at the bottom. But instead of having to go to the dashboard every time a channel is made, there should be a command for it like !stop-xp #channel. I understand that normally to change something like this you go do it in the dashboard, but its like a channel setting, not a server setting. Its just like setting mee6's slwodmode. You don't go to mee6 dashboard to do that. It's just the first thing you do when you create the channel, just like setting xp gaining or not

@still raft in response to your suggestion we don’t force staff to be around every day of their life. All of us are either working, sleeping or studying and times fluctuate across the time zones. There are also times when some staff (like myself right now) aren’t in the mood to do support work and want to focus on other things. Ask your question, ping the support role, and wait for a response. By staying patient, your issues get resolved a lot better than being aggressive

For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.

i think manually adding xp to users will be useful for daily challenges or something
for example someone sends an image 5 times in one day without it being deleted
he gets 10 xp
because rn i have to do it like this

Create your own timer message with IFTTT

  1. Go to Server Settings -> Webhooks, create new webhook and copy its link.
  2. Go to IFTTT and create account, if you haven't one.
  3. Go to https://ifttt.com/create, click [+this] -> Date & Time -> pick the frequency of sending timer message.
  4. Click [+that] -> search for Webhooks -> Make a web request
  5. In the following window fill the fields with values:
    URL - webhook link from step 1
    Method - POST
    Content Type - application/json
    Body - { "content": "Beep! This is timer message!" }
  6. Click Create Action -> Finish

Developer Mode
