It'd sure be cool if it could add the ability for Mee6 to display the roles a person had when they left a server. Allowing the text that shows when people left the server to display what permissions they had or what role they had within the server.

Different roles should have different infraction punishments. Like while a new user sends 2 invites then gets auto banned, a level 20 user does the same yet gets muted for an hour.

Over the last few years the bot has exploded in popularity, and is now in millions of servers.
The computing power needed to simply run such a bot is immense, and the resources in terms of server rentage is big, which we pay out of our own pocket.
Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

Role-rewards
For old servers that added MEE6 BEFORE 9/1/19 to their server role-rewards are free.
For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.

Add a report command, so users can report rule breaks to the server staff if they aren't mods.
To avoid someone will delete report proof, make so report can be sent with user ID only. The bot with the ID will send the report with the username of the reported user.

I have a suggestion for the bad words list. It would be really nice to have a new way to display the words, perhaps in a spreadsheet to easily search for and remove words. We have a discord for a large YouTube channel and need to have a very extensive bad words list (over 800 words). So, it is very hard to find words that need to be edited. Also, it would be nice to create a way to put 2 word phrases in the list and be considered "one word" rather than get split into two.

There are currently no plans to change it as we don't find it intrusive and very little people complain about it.
It's not an advertisement, more of informative information telling them they can use the !rank command to see their rank card. No advertising involved.

Right now, discord members that are very active in voice chats, but not in text, are represented unfairly in the leaderboard system. My recommendation is to grant XP for being in a voice channel with other people. Something like 3-5 XP every minute per person you're in a channel with. (So if you're in a 4 man channel, every minute you would get 16-20xp). For most games, it would reward at roughly the same rate as someone participating in text chat, and would provide a large reward people for attending large server events. <@&403768316105064458>

@serene fractal I was just saying every minute or so check to see what users are in voice channels and apply the points to who's in a voice channel (minus the defined afk voice channel).

@stark sphinx I saw that from your other chat, and I can't say I'm not disappointed. We have a lot of very active, valuable members that are not represented because they're always in voice chat and not text.

also @serene fractal I can easily abuse the point system as it is today with a cron job and an auto-hotkey script, so you can't use that as an excuse.

@stark sphinx It's very possible (just look and see who's in a voice channel) in about 10 lines of code... If the dev's don't want to do that, that's their prerogative, but don't say "Not possible" when I've already done it for a different scoring system.

Reasons?
- We want to avoid bias in our system.
- It's easily abused by admins.

When MEE6 deletes a message that contains a invite and posts the log into the mod log channel, it kind of ruins the purpose of deleting since it still has the invite in the mod log channel

So when it deletes the invite, just don't have it put the invite in the mod log or else it'll destroy the purpose of deleting the invite in the first place

Reasons?
- We want to avoid bias in our system.
- It's easily abused by admins.
- Not worth the time to add.
- Because we don't want that being a feature.

Yes that is resetting, that is different to an admin going into a secret channel removing xp/giving xp to people and deleting the channel of evidence.

I got a suggestion that is similar to the poll one, but it is different. So basically it is a vote command. All it does is put the question and have a check mark reaction for yes and an X for no so how it would be set up is
Ex : !vote Should I make a new role? 1D
Then it would show the vote for "Should I make a new role?" for 1 day.
It would appear I guess like this :
{User} Should I make a new role?"
✅ Yes {Number of Reactions}
❌ No {Number of Reactions}
✅ ❌ (Reactions)

Idk if this even a thing, but I know some bots do this, but also I knoe you can make a custom command, but I was wondering if their could be an option where you can do things outside the channel. I am unsure if u can. I think it would be easier if I do an example.

Add a way to see a user total mee6 chat experience, something that would add up the exp a user has into all servers mee6 has "levels" plugin activated, it could be something like what's in the picture and when u type !levels into a server, there could be a leaderboard for the exp the user has on that server and the overall exp for all users

It would be fancy to get support.
The problem is that, for example, when you configure the YouTube plugin news channels do not make it to the announcement channel options.

Allow the option on the web dashboard to not allow people to change your payment method as this is private and some people don’t notice that people can change it. Make a role or user option so you can chose directly who can change it. Instead of making an administrator change it

Sometimes the problem is not even the bot (since several peeps experience different listening in the same "call")

So it means your connection may be messing with the quality

So go to voice channel perms -> Quality -> turn the bitrate down and MEE6 will reproduce a better quality for you (but may ruin the quality for others)

Hi guys,

Me and my discord channel are using the Music plugin a lot and kuddos to the creaters, its a great plugin!
I would like to be able to remove a song on the Playlist but found out that this is not possible.

Can we add a command that removes a song from the list in the future updates?

I think this would make it a much better userexperience.

Hello, i've would like to suggest but also im curious why is it not there :)
Timers. Why there is such a big jump between 4 and 12 hours?
So much missing like 6/7/8 hours atleast one of them? I'm not gonna lie anybody, but im using timer to remind my viewers to not forget to like the newest video on my channel, since the General chat is not as active as it could be the 4 hours is too low, coz there may appear 2 messages w.o anybody chatting or during the night there may appear 2-3 messages, and 12 hours is too long for anybody to care :D

So if i wrote too much its simple suggestion:
Add some other values in Timers between 4 and 12 hours like 6 or 7 or 8 (or maybe more if its possible, i believe its gonna be used, bcoz there can be different reminder each hour)
