In all honesty i dont know why there is a limit to the amount of responses in the first place. It should be made to be infinite. This way people can make commands that allow people to get something random, without only being able to have 25 random things.
For instance. Im trying to make a command that has MEE6 output a random gem called !crystal
Now there are WAY more gemstones and crystals than 25 so its impossible to fully make this command.
This isnt a complicated suggestion. Just a simple change of the random output cap for commands.

I liked the the old system for the twitch plugin. the new plugin makes you select a channel for the bot to announce in for each streamer you add. makes it annoying to add new streamers to your server if you are making a streamer friendly community area. I would suggest having it to where users can select a default channel to announce to and make it to where the person who is adding a new streamer can override the default channel and allow it to announce elsewhere.

1. They have been banned, either by command or manually
2. They have been kicked or left and not rejoined in the space of two weeks (possibly customizable delay on resetting for that one?)

The only thing that could go wrong is if a rogue admin set it to reset the levels upon leaving then kick everybody.

You should make it so when using custom commands, you can do like {user} and then when the command is run, it adds an extra argument which would be @mentioning someone
For example: On my server, we use Banned role instead of normal Ban, so I want to make an MEE6 custom command that is like !customban and the response would be "add role" to {user} so I could say !customban @NewUser#0001 and then it would "assign role" to {user}(which would be @NewUser#0001 because that's who I @mentioned)

When banning someone, make the bot delete the last messages

DETAILED EXPLANATION
Banning can be used to easily delete messages from one user in multiple channels at once. Alternatively, if someone is posting massive amounts of rule-breaking content, its easier to delete the messages via banning.

Please add a setting in the dashboard for both ban and tempban to specify the time period in which messaged should be deleted. This set value would only need to be specified in the settings, not in the actual command. The value set in the dashboard will be used for all ban commands.
