Hey! As long as you enter the new bot token in the Bot Personaliser section of the MEE6 Dashboard, your custom bot will continue as it did before.

If you want to change the bot token:

1. Kick your custom bot from your server (you won't lose anything)
2. Go to the Discord Developer Portal, click on your bot, click on bot on the left side and check that the 3 Gateways and OAuth2 are set correctly (see screenshot below) https://discord.com/developers/applications
3. Also whilst there, reset your custom bot token (do not reuse an existing token, please reset it).
4. Go to https://mee6.xyz/, log in and click on your server. You may need to Setup standard MEE6 again if previously kicked (you can remove it later)
5. In MEE6 Dashboard > Bot Personaliser enable the bot personaliser and put in your custom bot token. Accept the default bot permissions for now, don’t change these. Your bot should return to your server.
6. In Discord Server Settings > Roles move your custom bot role above all roles it needs to manage
7. Kick the standard MEE6 bot if you wish to (as your custom bot has taken over)

The bot personaliser uses a custom bot that is created by someone in your server, it is not created by MEE6 staff.
These are the instructions that MEE6 staff give to admins on how to create a custom bot for their server.

If you didn't create the custom bot, you will need to find out who in your server did so as to reset the custom bot token.

Alternatively you can create your own custom bot, kick the old custom bot and then use the new custom bot token in the Bot Personaliser section. Do note that doing this will allow you to carry on using existing embeds etc but you won't be able to edit them (bots can't edit each other's messages just like we can't edit other people's messages). You can duplicate and republish though.

It's funny how the supporters are quick to help with a premium purchase issue regarding the token, but when it comes to fixing bugs, they take 24 hours to respond. It's quite ridiculous considering that you pay for the premium version. Back then, many features were free, but now they cost money, yet many things are missing, like the /pay command to give coins to someone or /sell to give items to someone, even as a regular member. And then you have to pay so much money for this bot. I wonder why so many things are buggy and don't work properly.

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

I know they won't be public, but I want to create a very private Discord server where users can't see each other. There is only user => administrator communication. If I create a public channel with tickets, users with a rank that has access to this channel will see each other.

Yes, if they have "administrator permissions" or you mark them as a ticket manager, then they will indeed see that channel.

As long as they don't have the "administrator" permission, then they won't see the channel, even if they have a role called admin.

For bots that does send messages in dms, they usually do post the messages the user posts to the bots dms to a channel, where you can see over the messages and respond back to them.
