You don't need permissions in a channel anyway as MEE6 has Admin.

OK, one final thing you could try (after which you'll have to wait for staff to respond to your support ticket).

Try kicking MEE6. So you no longer have either your custom bot, or MEE6 in your server (you won't lose anything).
Then try to add it again via https://mee6.xyz/dashboard - click on setup to set up MEE6 again, keep all of the default permissions (which includes Admin), then move the MEE6 role back up the role hierarchy.
Then try creating a new ticket panel with just standard MEE6.
