You can check in MEE6 Dashboard > Premium for each of your servers, it will show the purchase information in there. You can also check in Billing.

1. Locate the bot's role and bring it upper than the roles you're expecting MEE6 or Custom Bot to give out.

2. Open the role settings, on the same page, and ensure it has at least Manage Roles permission. Giving Administrator sorts this and many other issues you might have.

Hey, this isn't a Mee6 related question but this is the only discord I know that has people who know discord things very well. I put my details for discord free 2 week nitro sub, however, I looked in billing and it says it's already cancelled, and when I look into subscriptions it says I can cancel it right then and there, so I pressed the cancel button but it popped up with a loading screen and it wouldn't go away after around 5 minutes so I clicked off it to see if I can re-try to and see if it was just a random loading issue and at the top it says "Pending cancelation", and has been like that for a few minutes as well. I also can't re-try to cancel it, anybody know If I am in the clear and won't be charged next month?

You will have to set permissions both in the Dashboard (to cover the legacy prefix version of commands e.g. !give-xp) and also set slash command permissions in your Discord server settings. No, that's not the way to do it, you do not need to give the the Admin permission.
