MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

When person X pings a role, it starts a personal cooldown preventing him pinging that role again (until it's over).

The only way you can physically prevent a ping from going through is through discord automod, through which what you requested is impossible. all bot automods will simply delete the ping after it is posted, meaning people in that role will still receive the ping

You could attach a timeout for pinging that role but that would block all communications, not just pinging that role again

You can add it to #〉suggestions.

Usually if someone doesn't respond in a few hours it gets buried. It's a community help channel so it's just other users helping each other out.

For official support you have to open a ticket

If you can't find your servers it's usually one of two problems:

• your logged into the wrong account on the mee6 website

If it's not your server then it's very likely you need the "administrative permission" from the roles or user permissions list in the servers settings.

Alternatively if the server has premium your role can also be added to the "bot master" list in the bots website dashboard under settings. This will allow you to manage the bot without that administration permissions.

MEE6 doesn’t remove paid features once you’ve started a subscription as they are grandfathered to your subscription. The exceptions only apply where there’s been legal basis to remove something.

You can easily get that consumer protection.. Whenever there's votes for the senate, put up a poster that informs about the people that are up for vote. How many times have they been re-elected? What were the biggest things they voted "no" on? What were the biggest things they voted "yes" on? Inform the people that vote so they stop voting "I'm a democrat/republican therefore I vote for this guy, even though he voted against my interests for the past 20 years."
