Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

Yes, you can do that with the new Twitch Bot plugin. I think they get XP just for viewing your stream.

Yes, it does make a difference. The live role is based on Discord detecting that you are streaming (by running software such as OBS on the same PC that Discord is installed on). As console streamers usually stream directly from their consoles, Discord can't detect this and so they can't get the Twitch live role.

No, that's how it was designed. Similarly you can't change channels without duplicating. It works the same for Embeds and Reaction Roles.

There is a bunch of stuff that's not locked behind Premium too. 🙂
MEE6 isn't the only bot to have Premium features, quite a few others do too. And the devs do have to make a living (it's their jobs) and the bot does require web and database servers etc (and they cost money) to run on the 20+ million Discord servers it is in. 🙂

You can't do that with a reaction role alone. However you could do it with a reaction role (adding a role) and then an Automation (when a role is gained, another role is removed).
