Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner

All I can suggest is you delete them from the Twitter Alerts plugin and then add them again and see if that fixes it. Do bear in mind that it takes around 15 mins for a Twitter notification to post after a tweet was made.
If that fails, then check your bot permissions (custom bot - bot personaliser if you have one) both at the server role level and channel role level to ensure it can post in the correct channel. See below for perms required.
After that, if it's still not working, you can raise a #〉refunds for staff to look into it.

No, I don't know. Likely there's either a cooldown between one user giving up their username and another user being able to take it. Or, because they are still rolling out usernames, there may be another non-Nitro user who doesn't have their new username yet who has priority over it from you because they have an older account. Only Discord would know. 🙂

Hey! One way to check is to visit MEE6 Dashboard > Premium in each of your servers (or click on https://mee6.xyz/dashboard/?redirect=/premium and then choose a server)
If that page shows a Subscription, you have Premium. If it shows Pricing information, it doesn't have Premium.
Another way to tell is if you look at the Social Plugins in the sidebar. If they show a crown, you don't have Premium in that server (as the plugins are locked). If the crown is not there, you do have Premium in that server as those plugins are unlocked.

Hey @inland kettle! To do that, add {1} in the custom command where you want the user to be mentioned. Then when you use the command, you'd type
!moreinfo @user

It will then reply with your response and @user replacing {1} in the text.

If you haven't already, in Advanced Options tick "Hide the command usage in the channel" and it'll delete your command usage and will just look like the bot has responded to them. 🙂

If you want or need to make things more complex e.g. refer to other things in your custom command as well based on what they asked, you can use {2}, {3}, {4} etc in your custom command text. Then if you did:

It would not only put @user in the text but it would also put thing 2 thing 3 thing4 in all the places you put {2}, {3}, {4} in the text.

You can also type \:emojiname: into your server and press enter to get the full emojicode for your custom emoji and use that in an embed.

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings
