On mobile you press and hold the channel name then select duplicate channel in the menu that pops up. On PC I believe you would right click it and select duplicate or clone, once the channel has been duplicated you just delete the old one.
It will retain all the permissions settings of the original.

Yesterday I upgraded my plan and made use of the personalized Bot. Now I Got 2 MEE6 Bots on my Server. The original one is the "Orga Bot" I added this one a long time ago. The new personalized one is "Orga der Ofen". I cant remember all the configuration steps I did with the old one because its so long ago. The new one is already in you and for example is sending the reaction role messages. My question is now: Can i delete or remove the old one without any problems? And why has the old one a check infront of the bot tag and the new one doesnt?

The old one is the standard MEE6 bot that you have just given a nickname too.
You can kick standard MEE6 if you wish, your custom bot has taken over all functionality.
MEE6 has a verified bot badge because it's in more than 100 servers (20+ million I believe!) so it's had to go through Discord verification process. Your bot is not in 100 servers, so you don't have to put it through this process, so it just has the standard bot badge. That is fine.
