Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner

discord will not allow your bot to join server if it's at 100 and unverified

verification requires you to list your privacy practises and uses of your bot and provide proof of identity (i.e. driver's license)

once verified, you'll need to redo the process to get permissions such as reading message content, and such

^ you'll get rejected from it if it can be replaced (like reading messages for text commands. that'll be rejected because you can just use slash commands instead)
