Hi. No, you don’t know whether the MEE6 Pro 50% boost is active or not unless you ask an admin whether they’ve enabled it on the settings.

If you can access the /levels list, you can see if someone has lots of XP and not as many messages as someone in a similar XP range. This may indicate that the 50% boost may be active, they may have won it through a giveaway or it’s been manually given using the /give-xp command. You won’t know which one is true unless you ask.

Anyone in a Discord with access to the give-xp and remove-xp commands (which are available with MEE6 Premium), not just the Discord owner, can 'rig' XP if they wanted to do that.
Giving prizes based on MEE6 XP IMO is a poor idea. It rewards those who can spend a lot of time on Discord and can make a lot of posts. Also MEE6 XP 'reward' for a post is random, between 15-25 XP per minute (if on the default XP rate). So 2 people could make the same post and get differing amounts of XP for it. Plus as you say, if someone has MEE6 Pro, they get 50% boost if it's enabled in the server.

The only reward I recommend is a fancy role for levels as it’s harmless. Other things might foster an unhealthy addiction for some server members if they think they need to spend 24 hours a day gaining XP to win money or something.

Plus, if you’re paying your members to be active, that’s really not a sustainable model for organic growth.

Why does the reaction stay if the user has lost the role?
