Hello I would like to report a bug, I have already asked in support if something like this is known.
It is about the music function of the bot. It regularly just stops playing, since today after every song, sometimes in the middle of it.

I believe there is an issue with streaming music. We've tried both YT and Spotify - and both are having mini-skips/lags in the audio. The songs do continue to play.
Our server is boosted, we've also updated our voice channel default region (to be close to everyone) and the associated bitrate.

If user got Muted role but still can talk means there's issue with your channel permissions
Go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

• If that's public channel that can be accessed by anyone:

• Set Send Messages for all roles except Muted
• Set Send Messages for Muted role

• If that's secret channel that requires *special* role to access it:

• Set Send Messages Read Messages for special role
• Set Send Messages Read Messages for Muted role

hello, MEE6's timer/reminder is a little off. i have 2 in my server, one for Sundays and one for Mondays. without fail, no matter what i try, the timers go off a day early (Saturday night for the Sunday one, and Sunday night for the Monday one.)

Is there any progress on this? It's incredibly annoying that I can't use our server's in-house moderation bot, which has its own slash commands, as a MEE6 custom bot because it keeps deleting slash commands that weren't actually created by MEE6 and that MEE6 doesn't even have. I feel like the solution I provided is fairly simple and reasonable.

How is that intended behaviour? It sounds like that's just how it ended up functioning and it would just be a pain in the butt to address. Surely the slash command option is intended to mean, "Enable MEE6's slash commands".

I want to use my in-house bot's slash commands without seeing a dozen MEE6 ones.

Having MEE6 delete commands that aren't MEE6's completely removes the ability to use MEE6 as an extension of our own bots. If we can't do that, I have no reason to pay to use a custom bot if I'm just going to need two bots anyhow.

It seems once a webhook is created for a channel the bot remembers it, even after deleting the webhook
I had a webhook attached to MEE6. Once I kicked the bot, the webhook went with it. I made a custom bot, it never made the webhook for that channel (mod log). If I change the channel to use, it makes one on that channel, but if I delete the webhook it won't make it again for that channel (and any before that were selected and made at one point).
I'm guessing it's saved somewhere and never tries to recreate it because it thinks it's already there to use, even if someone deletes it off the guild

MEE6 tries to use an emote called :XMARK6: when it can't find the category name it was given in the /help command. The emote that it used to use had an id of 751650993489444875, but I've tested it by putting it in a custom command response and it looks like it doesn't have access to that emote anymore.

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

Third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discordapp.com/app in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on avatar icon in upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in upper right corner
3.2 In new window login to Discord. After that you will be redirected back to MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using correct account and MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

Having a role named "admin", "administrator", "mod", or many other variations that shows that you're someone in power doesn't mean you have administrator permission. Go to server settings, roles, and select your admin role. Then scroll down to the bottom. See if administrator is ticked. If not then contact the server owner to tick it for you.
Additional notes:

• Most of other bots only require you to have "manage server" to invite.
• Please check before saying that you have admin again.

Hi, having trouble with Reaction Roles plugin not allowing some users to react to role (MEE6 is definitely above the role it wants to assign). I really have no idea how to recreate the bug, I have tried to personally recreate the situation but I can't (e.g. the server requires a verified email, so I have tried dummy accounts that do not have verified emails to but they get walled out from reacting because they're not verified)

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

Third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discordapp.com/app in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on avatar icon in upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in upper right corner
3.2 In new window login to Discord. After that you will be redirected back to MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using correct account and MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

P.S. If you're on mobile and some elements are not visible, enable Desktop site mode or switch screen to Landscape (vertical) mode.
