(sorry for my engl)

I have a problem with my custom bot, when it works 24/7 and loop after a while whether someone is in the channel or not it stops, the playlist is always full but if i do !skip for example it tells me that there is no sound to play.

On the other hand if i do !play it will move to the music after (sometimes you have to do it until the music wants to start)

I find it a pity that my members are forced to use a command for a bot that is supposed to be able to play continuously

To reset levels, you need to have the Administrator perm (which grants you the ability to access the servers dashboard). The leaderboard can be found by doing !levels or https://mee6.xyz/leaderboard/SERVERID where SERVERID is the server's ID

• Make sure Levels is Enabled.
• Check that you do not have a banned role in the levels configuration, and that you aren't in a banned channel either.

When using the dashboard on a large server, in my case 270,000 Members, the dashboard is extremely laggy and crashes after a few minutes of use

that might be because a gateway is trying to send you a whole bunch of data about users in the background. I guess it has a similar effect to if you were to have everybody online and then scroll down to the very bottom of the members list on discord

Need some input to make sure this is setup right because it's the first time I've noticed an issue. I have someone who was causing problems and got warned twice which resulted in an automatic 1 hour tempmute. When that was over he resumed misbehaving and got another warning which resulted in another tempmute immediately. That's as intended, but the second one should've been for a day since it was so soon.

Based on my understanding, after the initial 1 hour tempmute from 2 warnings, if another warning is issued within 24 hours it should've muted for 1 day instead of 1 hour again. If I've misunderstood though, just let me know. 🙂

Hey, so I had my roles working and I added a custom bot, did everything and its working fine except for the roles. Some of the reactions still are connected but it deleted the reaction to a bunch of others. When I try to add reaction roles back to the ones that were deleted they cant be added back and look like they save but don't work. I refresh the page and its like I never added them in the first place.

The Issue Is still persisting on my server, im thinking it could also possibly be the persons connection to discord now, because one, it has constant 5 minute timing, and two, when you refreshed the connection, the time the refresh happened ended up delaying the time it would happen by a minute.

actually im also thinking it could also be miscommunication between the plugin and Youtube as well. because its coming from a stream that is on Youtube and not Twitch if that helps any. Im thinking this is the most likely cause of the issue

Here's how they can bypass it:

The user needs to ping himself and type in caps.
Then the messages isn't even deleted and the user who diid that didnt get auto warns.

Having problems muting someone/they aren't muted? Check the following

Prerequisites:

• Moderator plugin is enabled
• !mute command isn't disabled
• Bot has role with Manage Roles and Manage Channels permissions
• Muted role is under MEE6 role
• You're trying to mute someone using !mute @mention reason, otherwise it will not work

If user got Muted role but still can talk means there's issue with your channel permissions
Go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

• If that's public channel that can be accessed by anyone:

• Set Send Messages for all roles except Muted
• Set Send Messages for Muted role

• If that's secret channel that requires *special* role to access it:

• Set Send Messages Read Messages for special role
• Set Send Messages Read Messages for Muted role
• Set Send Messages Read Messages for @​everyone role

We keep losing recordings when we try to get mee6 to record our vc sessions. When we type stop recording, it randomly doesn't display a link afterwards sometimes. the bot leaves the channel and doesn't show a link after it does. Is this a common issue?

There is a known issue with the music side of mee6.
BUT
The developers are working long and hard to try and fix it.

You can try switching your server region and then type !leave (if mee6 is still in the voise chat).

Then !join then play your song.
