My server was created on January 16th, and I invited MEE6 on that same day, but when I do !server-info it says the server was made on January 17th.

The time zone is UTC (UK time) and is the timezone used by discord. France is CE(S)T (Central Europe (Summer) Time) and 1(winter)-2(summer) hours ahead of UTC.

The Auto-Mod currently doesn't work properly in our server.
We set it to block specific subreddit (by adding r/<subreddit> to the list of banned words). It worked before, but currently it doesn't. However looks like the filter still works. The problem is that it can't detect the banned phrase inside of the whole link. So it passes it.
Is it somehow related to recent MEE6 problems?

not in particular, no. bad words have always been exact match, so if there's any markdown, or anything like that that is included like this or something else is even just slightly changed it's not gonna pick that up. also, Mee6 isn't gonna moderate himself

yea, when we tested before, we remove the role from the other guy to test on him
and he posted a full link to one of the posts from the subreddit (although being honest I'm not 100% sure anymore, considering that you say that it shouldn't work that way)
so is there a way to make it work?

you have to be able to 1) ban the entire URL, or 2) ban some word or phrase that is guaranteed to be displayed in that post also surrounded by spaces

Have a recommendation because this is kind of annoying, when we activate the setting to share a subreddit on a channel mee6 also put the posts that havn't been by the moderator of the subrddit so we can be spammed of stupid things that does not have a link with the subreddit so could you make it only put in the channel the approved post thank you

• You can currently only add 10 timers per channel
• MEE6 has an anti-flood system. So messages need to be sent between a timer and another in order to keep timers being sent
Note: In case you can't see any text channels when selecting the place to announce, it probably means you're logged in the wrong account.

in order for Mee6 to find your YouTube channel, you need:
- 3 or more videos
- your the most viewed video needs to have sufficient views
- it takes some time (up to couple days) for YouTube to index your channel
only once YouTube has indexed your channel, we will be able to find it.

So, if I want to change the infraction in there plugin, the reason my screen reader doesn’t read the number of infraction anymore
The only I hear it read "{count, plural, =0 {{count} infractions} one {{count} infraction} other {{count} infractions}}"
So, can you do that to fix the long characters? So my screen reader can read the number better or something? 🙂

I don’t know if this is a bug by I have contacted support and the issue was not resolved. When I go live on twitch MEE6 does not send a message to my channel even though the plugin is enabled. I have made sure it has all permissions and access and I have tried re-enabling it.

Still experiencing the 24/7 music player bug (sometimes music just cuts out). But found a fix that's been working all morning: it appears keeping the music player dashboard up in a browser (I'm using Chrome) stops it from dropping the music. When music drops and you open the music plugin dashboard, music comes right back on. Hope this helps someone.

To reset levels, you need to have the Administrator perm (which grants you the ability to access the servers dashboard). The leaderboard can be found by doing !levels or https://mee6.xyz/leaderboard/SERVERID where SERVERID is the server's ID

Verification system using Reaction Roles [1]
I see you're looking to create a verification system, here's what you need to do: Giving and Removing roles
1. You will need 2 roles called "verified" and "not verified" so when people react to the message, they become verified.
You'll need to add the "not verified" role as an auto-role for when people join the server, which you can do in the welcome plugin:

2. Go to your channel settings. :gear: > permissions >
Deny the read messages permission 
for the "not verified" role, for each channel so they can't see the channels.
Allow the read messages permission 
for the "verified" role, for each channel so they are able to see the server.
3. Create a channel called #Verification and allow the "not verified" role to read messages here in the channel permissions.
4. Go to your MEE6 dashboard https://mee6.xyz/dashboard and select your server, then the Reaction Roles plugin. 
In the template provided, select the #Verification channel, and edit the reaction message to your liking.
5. Add some reactions for MEE6 to give by selecting an emoji, then click on the + to assign the roles (verified and not verified), also disable the setting "Allow members to pick up multiple roles" then click “Save”
MEE6 should have now posted your reaction message in your verification channel.
6. Finally go to the message and remove the "not verified" reaction by clicking the 3 dots on the message > reactions > click the X on the not verified reaction, to make things look clean

The bot should not be adding or removing the member role. There is absolutely nothing in the settings that would make the bot ever touch the member role. The bug is not repeatable. As far as I am aware of by reading through every single audit log, this bug has happened 3 times. There are no custom commands set up on the server. There is only one set of reaction roles. There are no conflicting bots that I am aware of, but anything is possible I guess. If a staff member is able to look into either of the 3 times the bug occurred, I have the timestamps. Thanks in advance, aside from this bug the bot has been helping us out a lot.

- 3 or more videos
- your the most viewed video needs to have sufficient views
- it takes some time (up to couple days) for YouTube to index your channel
only once YouTube has indexed your channel, we will be able to find it.

I just joined to report that MEE6 has a pretty horrifying bug in it's duplicated text detection. It just deleted a 2000 character post I made from scratch with the exception of 37 properly quoted characters.
Like. That duplicated text detection module is so thoroughly broken it's not even funny. I wasn't the first victim either, it tried to nuke another longer, certainly not duplicated text either. It's pretty much the worst thing I've ever seen a Discord Bot do.

About "I didn't see my servers on the dashboard"
Yeah, I would say that it is totatally normal. To know what server you can manage, MEE6 need to be fully online (which is not the case right now). So you can see 0 server on our website, refresh the page and now magic you can see 2 servers. It is pretty random.
MEE6 is online on friend's server but not on mine, why :CRY6:
To make it simple, just imagine MEE6 is a really big, Big, BIG, BIG man. MEE6 is too big. So we have to split MEE6 (rip...). Result: we have a huge number of little MEE6: MEE6_1, MEE6_2, etc. So when MEE6 takes a nap like it does right now :SLEEP6:, we have to wake up each little MEE6 one by one.... Sigh and it is really hard for us. They have a deep sleep to be honnest. All you and us can do... is wait :MEESMILESWEAT6:.
I planned to buy Premium but, huh guys your bot is always offline....
Yeah, we know that and we apologize to all our users, premium or not 🙏🏻. Since the beginning of the contaiment, Discord and us are suffering from some connection issues.... But MEE6's Dev are working on it hard to be sure this won't happen anymore!
