Hey! Not sure if there’s a name for that but have definitely seen it talked about before, it’s also something I notice myself doing at times

Don’t know the exact solution to that issue, but what I’ve found helpful for similar things is to practice a bit only focusing on that one thing, and play around with over/under correcting it

So for ex: you could try a bit focusing only on staying on target longer than you think you need and see what that feels like

Then go too far in the other direction and see what it feels like

And kind of calibrate from there
