I will say though, that I play Overwatch and translating the gains in aim training (with no movement) to the in-game (with a lot of movement) took a bit of time. It may literally just be you needing to spend more time in-game to align these things

in general I think that aim training progress is hard to spot in-game unless you zoom out sufficiently, our performance in-game is just so "noisy", you need to observe it over months to notice it
