Depends I guess. The benefit is definitely there and imo it's always worth taking.
I just use the highest setting that allows me to play without stutters, for me that's 4K for you it could be 2 or higher, u just gotta test it

once you get stuck in a category, you'll know what to work on. so if you get stuck in precise tracking, you know to work on scenarios that help with that. you can go through the vdim scenarios and see which ones help you with that, can also look at the #resources channel, look at the fundamentals google doc scenario and pick scenarios off that as well for example
