tracking scenarios depend on your skill level mostly, i recommend bouncing between a few scenarios that do smoothness, medium strafes and faster strafes, avoid hard fast strafe scenarios, those tend to be counterproductive until you warm up to them

maybe try something with simpler movement like controlsphere first, or a larger variety. The hard part is to stay in the target when it slows down and slow down with it, that takes a lot of control
this kind of undertracking (not overflicking on movement changes) is easier to learn on large targets
