People who rage bait should get either muted first, or straight up banned if it's a bigger offense.
If you want to prevent spam, instead of searching through messages and wasting ur time talking to people to stop, you can implement a 5s timer between messages. Disabling gifs could also benefit the quality of the conversations (but don't ban them globally, just in gen chat)
This will insure that people who wanna yap like they were yapping until now, they can still do it in the off topic channel, and people talking about aim training can talk here.
