Yesterday I came up with a theory about why my wrist keeps creeping upward when I play. I realized it probably comes from how I control recoil. Instead of pulling down with my arm, I’ve been relying on my fingers. When I do that, the mouse gets dragged downward across the mousepad, and my wrist naturally slides up to compensate. That explains why I keep having to readjust and why my aim feels inconsistent.

To test this, I went into AimBotz and practiced spray transferring using my arm instead. I focused on staying as relaxed as possible and keeping tension out of my hand and fingers. I ran through around 800 bots while paying close attention to my movement and trying to break the habit I’d built over time.

By the end, I was completely exhausted. I was so tired that I actually passed out in my chair. My girlfriend had to wake me up and get me to walk to my bed.
