the point being, the less deaths you have the more volatile your kd is

since, less amount of kill variance is needed to make a noticeable change to your kd

and as such the more deaths you have the more reliable your kd is

since it's an average over a much longer time

#

what i personally think would be a good middle ground to not make it completely pain to get an accurate read on your kd, while also being not as susceptible to farming is a rolling average over 25-50-100 games

#

sure, nothing's stopping you from just farming kd for those games and then reveling in your fake high kd

#

but it's gonna drop like a rock if you fall off
