i play tons, i've dealt with ranked anxiety for years
breathing techniques
More delusional
my in game stats are way better
any good ones?
just... chill? breathing techniques, realize the game is only a game and you dont do it for the gains but for your passion
BREATHE.
make sure your body is relaxed during games
not tensed up, and when you are, breathe and relax
I need to learn how to relax my body during games, I'm not even insanely anxious or anything but those tiny nerves make me miss easy shots or make mistakes
yeah when you notice that you're being tense in game just take a deeeeep breath and relax your body
Do really high intensity training
both physical and in game
Speed
uh in kovaaks?
Water breathing
bro thinks I'm giyu or sumthin
water breathing aint even optimal for gaming
you tense up alot unconsciously I think.
I definitely do
try relaxing, keep focusing on relaxing for a entire game
and then try doing that but keep relaxation at the back your head
And focus on the game
does methylphenidate's like ritalin have effects on aim?
what the fuck is mehtypabcibeoa date
been aim training for just under a week, if i'm getting forearm pain now, can i still do light training every day, or do i need a longer break?
Adhd wise productive non adhd wise counter productive
Lwk why that still not work for me
pain is bad. whatever causes pain is bad. get rest. test if pain. if pain immediately stop and rest for more time. check for bad technique or overuse which is #1 cause of pain.
Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right channel, I just came here to ask if anyone has found a solution for extremely severe sweating when it comes to mouse grip
Every time I look up this issue people always say "just use grip tape like the pulsar one" or "try antiperspirant cream"
Like just in rest drops of sweat come off my fingertips
Don't think so
this gave me eye cancer
kovaaks depends on game scenario, valorant or tac shooters, horizontal aiming is the most important movement, since there's very few changes in vertical positioning, and for those, using the elbow as an axis will provide better controll over adjustments of every scale. hero shooters (overwatch, apex legends) are based in amplified environments, therefore are much bigger variations in vertical positioning, making it impossible to have a fixed arm positioning when aiming on an enemy out of reach, above and below.
bro joke but it's real breathing helps a ton
LOL
marpe
I washed my hands today.
drank water now
does anyone have experience with supplements and also how they effect aim training?
i take:
magnesium glycinate and oxide
zinc + selenium
high quality omega 3
probiotica
prebiotica
vitamine d
vitamine c
creatine
L-theanine
Creatine boosts cognitive function
That’s all I got
yeah thats what i gathered too, im just wondering how much if affects me all together
With that stack you should be reading minds
i gradually collected more supplements and it has for sure improved my life
LOL yeah its helped me lots
general wellbeing jumped up. better sleep, less pain, better focus, more energy, better stool, better skin hair and nails
10/10 for sure reccomend
i also take two more supplemens for gut health but i forgot the name
I gotta get my supplement intake up all I take is creatine ashwaganda and magnesium glycinate
ive heard very mixed things about ashwaganda, so im not going to be taking it as of now. maybe in the future
lefort
Is crossing legs while gaming a health risk? i do it subconciously when tenses sometimes
I do not believe you. sounds like ego Push to me
guys, why do my lats strain when playing a while?
aiming hand right and pinky metacarpal area hurts im pushing it inwards to hit the back of my mouse for stability help
didnt happen with my lamzu thorn
how to avoid thumb pain
my scalp like near the crown part is wet
its only that part
i touched it and its like some clear liquid
how do i build the endurance to play static longer, it feels like just after a 30 minute session my arm is already burnt out
Weight lifting-bodyweight-cardio works very well not just for aim training aspect but also your overall health, better tension management also help bc you use less net tension = less energy usage
take breaks and consider looking into isometric exercises for the wrist/fingers
take test
What do you guys do about the wrist shaking when doing movements to the right? even with no tension theres a point where my wrist will shake, which doesnt let me do SYW scenarios as smooth as I want to.
I repeat this to a large number of people here: warm up your hands and wrists before training/playing, it's very important.
What do i do against shaking ? I already thought its something like tremors but sometimes i feel it getting better even in stressful situations but i have no clue what it is.
I did this for a while but it always made my hands sweat way more
When I make my hands warm before playing my mouse will be covered in sweat after a couple mins
Normally my mouse doesnt have any detectable sweat at all
So it is quite unfortunate
Because aiming with a wet fish in your hand is difficult
Honestly this is the first time I've heard of something like this happening your hands shouldn't sweat from regular exercise
such exercises should not be very long or very strenuous
oh I more thought about warming them up under running warm water
yeah with regular exercise they don't start sweating lol
chalk
don't move it that far. use arm in syw too, using blending
Lol X
?
my current grip gives me pain in line pinky/pinky bone knuckle area
how do i try out new grips
whenever i press this area of my hand i feel pain, and whenever i hold my mouse i feel that pain again, has anybody else experienced this?
whats a good way to stretch out the wrist and hand?
probably stetch your hands
@empty pendant mrbeans
@blissful pewter
Ty
Right hand lmb finger hurts when applying pressure and goes deeper into hand?
i get motion sick from playing exercises like air voltaic invincible 7 and the ball gets really blurry. i recently got my eyes checked and they're fine; is this just a monitor diff and i should look at getting an oled
@blissful pewter
gone
I started playing val again and after two days I got the hand pain which was the reason I quit a while ago it's my wrist and the hand area between my thumb and index finger, only my right hand is affected, any help?
Wrist strength course or something, they talked about this in the raw input podcast #4 if someone knows
Ain't that also solved by what I'm looking for
@summer trout
1HP
i recently upped my sens and started playing 1 3 1 grip instead of normal fingertip claw like usual and my shoulder blade started hurting. i tried different chair heights etc and it stopped but now its in my shoulder. does anyone have any advice?
how long do you aim train?
not long, maybe like an hour-2 hour a day max, but i am working behind a screen for like 8-10 hours a day before that
15h screentime for me, look at distant objects to train ur eyes etc
my doc gave me this and i foundout that this is the cheapest alpha gpc i can get but its a prescription drug
im wondering will it work like other alpha gpc supplements on the market
when i play static my shoulder builds up a lot of tension mid run, how do i get rid of this habit?
Could just be endurance
If you’re new to aim training just keep playing eventually your endurance will get better
And if you’ve been doing it for a long time and it’s still burning a lot it might be a rotator cuff issue in which case I recommend seeing a doctor and lowering the intensity of your aim training
wait same lol
more tilt = higher accuracy :p
@summer trout
my desk is a little tall and it feels uncomfortable to align my mouse normally so i play at sort of an angle where looking up is like a neutral diagonal position, but i notice i struggle with locking out sometimes during pgti so im sorta confused on how to align myself
Guys, I have a question abt work and aim training balance.
To be honest my schedule is very bad because the ||j*b|| is very far away. I go out at 6:55 my time and arrive home at 20:00 and some minutes, sometimes at 19:30 if I'm lucky with public transports. I live alone and I was really needing this work, I have a bf and I wanna spend time with him too, does this mean I should abandon aim training or should I do it only at weekends?
Wait, should this go on advice channel instead?
Extreme Sharp pain in Hand, wrist area right hand right side barely able to move without solid pain
Would love a fast solution!!!
if it’s sharp pain go to a doctor
i take L-theanine but no caffeine
I do 200mg and pair with a cup of coffee and keeps me sharp with reaction
But I don’t do it often to not develop a dependency
Nitrates are a good thing for reaction timing too
Goated nutrition
good to know
@summer trout
what causes shoulder pain while in longer aimtraining/gaming sessions?
the pain is honestly kinda surprising because i never had it when i was younger and played, and nowadays i regularly train so its surprising that just throwing a mouse around can tire me out this much
is it something to do with posture? my arm is level to the desk and im not hunched over too much usually
posture or too much tension for extended periods i find
slight pain in the thenar eminence area, took a rest after i felt it.No pain when not holding the mouse.
my mouse grip is a claw variant where the contact points are thenar eminence and the pinky+ring knuckles
hand size is 20cmx10cm and using a lamzu atlantis mini.
should i change the mouse to a larger one?
I have had flexor tendonitis for as long as I can remember what should I do, I don't think it's holding me back in aim training but my improvement is turtle's pace in all of the categories. It took me 6 months of playing static to get to platinum, while I think it's mostly a lack of consistency is my flexor tendonitis adding onto the lack of improvement?
im gonna be so rich
got em
.
This one also still there
@arctic moat another mr beast hack here @arctic moat
.
Sorry for bothering you .
@tired osprey @stray pike
Sorry for bothering you. A lot of people get hacked right now 😢
Not a problem
nws
i was out drinking all night and got about three hours of sleep before getting up early for work, still when i got home and had a cup of coffee and a banana i was hitting pbs everywhere i went from fox complete to almost orca complete just today, how the hell does this make sense? ik im a newbie so it could just be newbie gains but i havent touched my pc all week
@summer trout
idk bro i do the same sometimes
weird asf bruh glad im not the only one at least
There's a decent chance i might get adderall tomorrow the nurse who works with my cardiologist been looking for my holter monitor so she can get the doctor to review it they both wasn't in on friday
If he reads it and clears me i should hopefully get the med that day cause i already talked to my pyschiatrist and they said they want to start me on instant release at 5mg
I'm like excited but also like not cause I'm gonna have to learn to manage the med cause probably will tell me to take it twice a day
Is this posture alright?
One thing I'm concerned about is that I've heard apparently you shouldn't be resting your elbow on your armrests?
And if my shoulder is supposed to be fully relaxed, how is that possible while maintaining a 90 degree angle? The table would need to be inside of my legs for that
your arm should be supported by ur desk imo, having it on your arm rest will severly limit your rom
I'm thinking of unscrewing the armrests from my chair, as this is as low as they go
How are there so many spammers here
yeah could be worth a shot
is a burning exhausted feeling in my hand after like 1 dynamic/static scenario more likely to be overuse of tension during the scenario or an underlying condition?
do this bro its so freeing
can always put them back on but it feels so nice without armrests
Cool :3
Hopefully not like tendinitis or something
😭😭
Been like this for months
I don’t even consistently aim train anymore, so I don’t think it’s just classic overuse
i mean atp your muscles just got weak
imo
maybe?
it only started happening once I actually took breaks and got off aimtraining
so many I'm pushing myself hard like I used to but my muscles just aren't capable
I would start doing wrist/hand exercises and lowkey focus on minimal tension during scen
like dgaf about score only having perfect tension
and slowly build back up
I find it impossible to not be shaky without tensing, no matter what cm I'm on. I think that's causing me to tense at all times to gain some sort of precision
@empty pendant
yea just dont tensionmaxxing
i feel you and its not normal
is clenching my ass cheeks when playing static giving me better scores?
i feel like if you tense everything the speed output will be instant
blocked ^^
am i wrong though
blood will go to your ass instead of your hands so you can’t aim well
sub optimal
ah alright
My shoulders and elbows are free now
oh boy
I think it helped lol
I'm literally bronze now
how do i fix my right shoulder shrugging when going forward when sitting infront of the pc
upward + forward
What is up with this channel specifically and spammers lmao
Yo this was the funniest shit I’ve seen this week
In a week I guess cuz it’s Tuesday so it’s only been 2 days
😭
For awhile I’ve just been naturally shaky which is causing me to tense because tense = less shake and less shake = more accurate
type shit
Should I try this method?
Maybe it’ll give my body that feeling of tensing without destroying my wrist
🙏
Tendinitis in my butthole
i got hemorrhoids but i must clench
in clenching we believe
I use this point as a anchor point when playing and it feels numb for the info it it is pinky side part of palm (hill ) what should i do so that i dont feel numbness
Well I'm cleared but now i have to be on a beta blocker though and no more caffeine but least when I'm not on the Adderall cause I'm not taking it everyday
Im starting to have my wrist be quite tense and i want to start doing stretches for it any recommendations? I wanna prevent pain before it becomes a genuine problem (posted in the wrong chat lol)
how to fix intense lat and pain and exhaustion from bicep too
Lowkey this goes to anyone with nerve pain in the hand amitriptyline really helps
anyone has blurry vision after playing tracking scenarios? is it normal? and what could i do to not have it or reduce the effect?
recently ive been having my eyes feel really strained more than usual from aim training i can barely get through a scenario without my eyes tearing up what can i do about it
do 1hp stuff
but also strengthen it
some basic extensions/curls with a dumbell or bodyweight
@summer trout
@rose vale I got the adderall today and man overall my muscle pain and my carpal tunnel feels so much better
Is that supposed to help that 😭
Idk if I have carpal tunnel or something but my hand gets tired pretty quickly, and sometimes I feel tingling in my hand or a burning sensation near my wrist/start of palm
I also have that tingling feeling in my face
I think low dopamine makes it worse than it should be
You might does your hand eventually feel numb the more you push it and it feel like static before it goes numb?
I lowkey suggest trying amitriptyline it helps with pain in general but it's one of the top nerve pain meds with gabapentin
It didn't fully get rid of the carpal tunnel but it brought the sensitivity down so it doesn't really bother me unless I'm doing really heavy aim training
Kinda but it’s more of a burn and exhausted type feeling
I feel like tingles in my face sometimes randomly or if I talk a lot
I’ve been on adderall for like a week or so but I’ve still noticed the issues
Nerve pain is burning but most of the time it also feels like static
Well I'm on amitriptyline and adderall can boost it like wellbutrin
What adderall you get i got 5mg instant release
Your case there could be a possibility of arthritis you just need talk to your doctor
Like ik i have carpal tunnel cause even though my hand feels numb my full range of motion isn't affected
10 mg extended
That's what i wanted but he put me on 5mg to see if i can tolerate it and i think i highly tolerate it cause i took it 2 hours ago and it's starting to wear off
If I'm being real i want to be on the xr with the instant release as a booster if i need the extra energy later in the day cause he wants me to take the instant release once a day in the morning
And with the beta blocker it might slightly degrade the full effect cause the beta blocker is a 24 hour pill
I'm seeing my pcp on the 1st to talk about the weird pain thing and also bring up the dosage of the Adderall to him see what he thinks cause i ain't seeing my psych till the 20th
adhd means your self-monitoring isn't as good as it could be
so medication will improve your self-monitoring
lysdexamfetamine is the good stuff, if you got the money to pay for it
I got good at self monitoring myself for years of doctors not taking my complaints seriously the past year i took control of what meds i want to be on that's why I'm getting all these different meds cause nothing gonna get fixed if they don't do anything
Like my nerve pain I've gone 7 years just taking the basic shit off and on and i took control of that i did my research and told my doctor to either put me on amitriptyline or gabapentin cause i had an emg test done and that came back completely normal and my nerve pain has been good since taking the amitriptyline
There's been concerns that there could be something wrong with my central nervous system and with the Adderall helping in ways it shouldn't it could be a possibility which I'm gonna speak to my pcp about it
Well, you have ADHD
The areas related to ADHD in your brain are the same that are related to pain and feeling
My self monitoring has never been off it was something that helped with getting diagnosis especially my fibromyalgia and migraine with aura the migraine one was the one that took the longest to get my neurologist actually listen to me
Also i knew really early one that my migraines was gonna be intractable it took my neurologist a long time to actually believe it
I forgot to ask ik it depends on the avg person how long did the extended release worked for you
Idk I can’t tell when it goes away
But I’d say like it usually is 6-10 hours
I'm like avg male size I'm like little extra on weight but it's kinda weird that this only lasted like 2 hours and i can tell cause my brain fog and bad and my forehead feels heavy i knew it was wearing off the moment i started to feel that again
My brain is also telling me to drink caffeine like i feel the need for it that's why i first wanted the extended release so I'm not getting these symptoms most of the day
I luckily don't have things high in caffeine the only soda i have is dr pepper
I should probably get off caffeine with adderall because I take like 150mg daily
I was like in the same boat my caffeine intake is high like a 20oz mtn dew is 91mg and then i be drinking other soda the other reason i wanted the Adderall to help with the sugar cravings from the low dopamine cause that intake is really high too there's days i consume 200+ grams of sugar like sometimes i get the sharing bags of m&ms that has 9 servings it's like little under 100g of sugar but I'll eat that whole bag
Luckily no diabetes
cant u just get lysdexamfetamine
It lasts longer and is smoother
Caffeine feels like poison to me
The reason I got into it in the first place was because I was tired 24/7, I still felt tired on it but doable
Vyvanse is the one of the other options if people can't tolerate adderall
Yeah, Vyvanse is the mercedez benz of adhd medication
If I'm real i rather stay on adderall if i have no bad reactions
@rose vale i need to know do you see a difference in your gameplay being on adderall since you tried the other meds cause i read that people tend to notice a difference
I was only aim training just to see how my body reacts so I wasn't really doing much but i noticed i was flickering faster and better but idk if that's because it was bringing my brain to normal levels
If a bodybuilder gets out of shape for a while and s tarts training, he is building muscle way faster back than someone who is new to bodybuilding
my question is if that also applies to aiming in general
even faster cause aiming isn't a physical muscle
I haven’t played Val like I used to in awhile tbh
I think my attention during tasks is a bit better
I’m still on a very low dose
It’s usually 20mg but I was put on 10
Damn you would be rusty to even notice a difference
I noticed a difference in kovaaks cause the way i was flicking with precision isn't something i normally able to do
I’m gonna try to limit my caffeine and see how I feel
I think that was mostly from my brain processing things faster that's why flicking was better
I’m also on taking Zoloft with it
I don't think med interaction is to worry about cause they wouldn't give you it if you're not gonna fully benefit from it or have issues
I looked up zoloft it's similar to amitriptyline and adderall
Maybe you're not fully benefiting from it cause you're taking the xr version?
Do you have a fast or slow metabolism?
I also went through a breakup recently about a month ago lmfao so who knows if that’s interfering with anything.
Fast
You probably have a higher peak on the instant release
Mines probably much more relaxed just last longer
Yea cause that shit says about 30 minutes to kick in and it took like 10 minutes
I’m taking Zoloft for my anxiety issues and social anxiety issues and obviously Adderall for adhd to help my motivation and focus for school mainly
What you probably need is xr and ir as a booster cause people can get the instant release to add on top of the extended release
I mean if you still have issues maybe see about getting a booster to take it as needed when you need it
If this pill lasts 2 hours again I'm messaging my pyschiatrist admin to see if i need another appointment for the dr to send in the xr version or if i can up the dose or take it 2 times daily instead of once
Man i started crashing like 40 minutes ago and i took it at 10am edt
@rose vale do you deal with dry mouth like damn all day no matter how much i drink my mouth is dry af
Damn maybe it's not bad on xr version
Like i chugged a bottle of water like 20 minutes ago and not even an minute later my mouth dried ☠️
😭
mouse hand is hurting and this is a recurring thing mostly tied to overuse i think
i try to stretch wrist hand fingers before sessions but this is a fairly new thing in last couple months
should i take a break for a day/however long or is there any secret stretch tech to get back flowing?
Probably best to take a break idk how long since it's your hand you probably should decide that and if it persists talk to your doctor about it
Vt matty said he did over a year of work with one hp gaming and it helped him a lot maybe try that
feel like im starting to get carpal tunnel
i workout really intensely both gym and swim, whenever i try to aim train after a workout i get so insanely shaky but i lowkey dont have time any other time of the day so it has to be after working out.. any ideas to counteract this?
what to do ab this
like i dont know how to use my ring finger and its usually just hovering or causing tension giving me carpal tunnel
ive been trying to ask about this for a while
im afraid its only getting worse altho im not sure
Does Matty take supplements?
just eat healthy
get sunlight
u can take creatine and magnesium but u wont notice anything different
creatine is good for everyone and pretty cheap but if you don't work out it's not too necessary
d vitamin is good for lots of stuff if you are live in low sunlight area
protein powder if you want also since chepear way to meet the quota but again not necessary
most suplements are just nice to have, nutrition and good sleep is still king. i perdonally dont use anything else myself
mr mr beast mr beast
anyone have any sleep tips? often i wake up and im just feeling "dazed" or out of it, like being high but not high, just the brain fog and dazing off.
Do u smoke
only on fridays if i feel like it
and its not alot, i dont go crazy
Do u dream
nope
Ur rem sleeps prob fucked then
Thc is fat soluble
So it stays in ur system
i was thinking of taking DSIP tbh
Idk if that helps with rem specifically
im prolly gonna talk to my doctor and get a sleep test
Prob ur best bet
There’s so much little shit that messes with sleep
exactly
blue light, EMF, food, devices
literally everthing in your room messes with ur sleep
Yeh it’s a never ending rabbit hole ngl
It’s prob not worth putting more than like 70%
All I care abt is circadian rhythm food timing and blue light and it works for me
And room environment
can you aim before you workout?
yeah on rest days i usually benchmark cause its the only day im not completely fucked
well usually is excessive
ive only done three complete benchmark sessions
but yeah all on rest days
Dominick's Venting/Ranting Thread
much upper body pain in the right side
@rose vale well i hit a brick wall 7 days later i legit took my med at 11am and an hour later i feel it kicking in but i took a nap that shit slowly stopped working by the day my pyschiatrist office was like you need to wait till the 21st but they scheduled me an appointment for tomorrow after telling them it did nothing today
ye my adderall kinda feels like its worn off now
Maybe we both have high tolerance but tbf I'm on 5mg
I'll see what my psychiatrist says in the morning i don't think it would be unreasonable to either bump my dosage up or change the formula ik i got 23 pills left of the 5mg but it's not against the rules if there's a need to change the prescription insurance might block it but that can be resolved with a pre authorization
He was against me taking a 2nd pill when the first one wore off like what does he want me to do he's the one that said take it in the morning but I'm just sitting there getting nothing done because it only lasts about 2 and half hours and all my pain, brain fog/headaches comes back I'm looking for all day relief not just to have improved focusing i need something that helps bring my central nervous system back to normal
If i have to i might see if my pcp can take control of the med management and see if he's willing to work with me finding what works best
You grow tolerance pretty quickly, that’s normal
@cunning moon

why so many ppl gettin hacked
how can i stop existing
Try having fun
If that doesn’t work, lower your expectations
living isnt fun
If still no success, go doctor
Something wrong in your head buddy
a lot
So go see a medical professional and be honest about your symptoms
no
it can be if you don't expect your life to be any different then it is and stop dwelling in past or future cause we suffer more in imagination then in reality (lmk if it gets better lol)
I recommend gooning
i 2nd this
w advice
just quit valorant
hop off the pc
any tips for carpal tunnel
Get on meds especially if it's pretty bad
I take amitriptyline for my nerve pain but there's tons of options doctors use
thats not gonna treat the underlying issue tho
Like what underlying issue
like whats causing the carpal tunnel
I mean besides surgery there's not much you can do there's like physical therapy, meds and corticosteroids injections
My med doesn't get rid of it but it really helps with making it not sensitive and takes more for it to be bothered
do any of you guys notice a decrease in performance when cutting weight
What performance
In gaming
I'm doing a short drastic cut so do I feel hunger often
I'm not sure though I suppose it could be something else
this is a real phenomenon seen in every skill or sport. caloric deficit especially if it is aggressive or over a long period of time will impact performance
also taking in carbs during sessions vs not will allow you to stay attentive for longer
Does anyone here have experience with rheumatoid arthritis?
I have trouble trying to tell if the pain in my hand/fingers is due to tension and exertion or if it is the arthritis that is causing the pain. If I can determine that the latter is what is causing the pain I will just play through it but if it is the normal type of injury pain I will not play through it because I don’t want to injure myself further
I guess my question is, is there a way to tell between arthritic pain or pain that is from a injury
well tbh i cant tell the difference but if u found out something on this please share lol
whenever enemies in valo move or strafe on my screen i cant track them with my eyes since my vision goes blurry for some reason, but this doesnt happen in kovaaks so i dont think its my monitor. Is it my eyes?
whats ur resolution
&hz
1440x1080 and 192hz
I have psoriatic arthritis. I don't have arthritic pain in my hands yet (mostly in the hips and knees), but hands do get very stiff sometimes. But, I have injured my hand and the pain was similar to the arthritic pain in my knees.
Aim training a lot can cause discomfort in your hands though, but for me it's usually more of a dull pain. Arthritic and injury pain for me are both sharp. Sorry if this isn't very helpful to you.
Do you do any kind of stretching? I found that after I started stretching and doing some very mild resistance workouts that a lot of the training discomfort went away. Maybe if you tried something similar it would help you isolate what the cause is?
how would you guys deal with cumilated fatigue in thenar eminence
how do I get less nervous when im about to pb
It makes me throw
idk if this goes in health
but like yeah
how to know your getting into burnout?
Maybe you're subconsciously snapping to the target with your vision? Saccades (when you "snap" to something with your eyes) blur your vision. If you get surprised, your eyes might snap to the target, then you might flick fast and snap again subconsciously.
oh yea this is it
It's probably a combination of things causing it, I would suggest to practice staying calm in-game for a week or two. Just focusing on breathing normally, not tensing up, and not stressing out. Doesn't matter to die/lose a round/lose rank. That's what helped for me, but I'm not a professional.
If that doesn't work, maybe spend some time researching "soft focus" and how to utilize peripheral vision, but honestly, it's kind of overkill to know all that.

Guys how do you fix burnout i been very inconsistent with my games and doesnt performing well and i feel drained sleepy, tired idk why when iam in a clutch situation i hit all my shots but when iam not i just hit the air.
take a break
Take a break or if you need/really want to keep playing limit how much youre playing, try approaching the game differently such as try stupid strats just for fun or learn a different aspect, burnout is real but theres a few things you can do before you have to fully stop
sleep and read a book
Thankyouuuu
Thankyouuu
Im new here and ive been aim training for about 3 weeks everyday for about 1.5 hours and the rest of the day is usually spent playing marathon, started to get a sharp but not so painful pain down the right side of my wrist, I play around 30cm/360 and my desk is a little too high but other than sitting on a cushion not much I can do. Im still having to actively think about releasing tension as much as possible but im getting it down. Any advice? Ive had quite a few past injuries to my right arm so could be related but just wanted your guys opinions since I have no idea what im doing🫡
whats the best chair & desk combo i can get for under 300?
for a budget like this i would look at websites for office stuff. you can get a comfortable office chair for like £80 and a very large white desk for like £140 something like a dams vantage and just any old large desk so long as you have the space for it

I think I have a pinched nerve in my elbow or near my elbow, it feels like getting hit in the funny bone but less fuzzy and it goes in a short straight line halfway through my elbow. I've taken some pain medicine and got ae;bow support thing but my aim is still kinda off. Its been 2-3 days now and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what to do
@velvet yoke
is 7h of sleep enough?
If you’re tired, no
If u wake up refreshed and don’t feel fatigued yes
It’s diff for everyone
No set number
I struggle with breathing & blinking my eyes when doing tracking scenarios. if I want to get a good score I have to completely ignore it and I'll get dry eyes and even dizzy after a few scenarios and I legit have to take breaks to breath and blink. If I think about blinking and breathing my score is ass because I'm not locked in.
Any tips?
Learn how to breathe
Competitive shooting is for example mostly just breathing techniques
Cool comparison. Is there a specific technique that works best for you or any youtube or reading material you recommend on the subject?
8-10 for brain development, anything under is subjective for energy
@summer trout
i started playing today and this part of my hand started experiencing sharp pain. does anyone know what this might be? Details : i claw grip .12 1600dpi valorant sensitivity
so when i aim train its all good but when i play val and shi and my opponent starts moving and shi my eyes cant focus and i usually just rely on reflex for the kill idk if its my eyes thats tripping or wat, like most of the time when i enter a fight i space out and i just use muscle memory and just somehow end up killing em
Are you even aimtraining if your eyes arent drymaxxing?
Either you're adhd or you're fatigued, or both. Look out from a window as far as you can periodically, get diagnosed and medicated
yeah when i look out of the window (like at the leaves or smth) i usually cant focus on that one leaf and my eye just start trippin out, is that normal
Idk what you even mean, but just look as far away as you can
alr
Fair enough
i think i did a bad but idk so i rlly need advice, i bought kovaaks like 4 days ago and last thursday i kinda aim trained through out the day, i've been trying to move to claw grip and well i apperently put a little too much preasure on my muscles for multiple hours from like in the morning till 5 pm(i did have a 90 min valorant session before lunch) and it felt a bit sore that evening, today(friday) i can still feel all the muscles being sore and a slight stiffness i think but like my muscles feel sore from it, should i aimtrain tmrw(saturday) or should i try to seek medical help?
geez im a yapper
u can train, just go easy and stop if the soreness turns into pain
Alr tysm
how far should my monitor be? I usually play valorant and alot of tracking tasks (i use a 27inch)
do the dictator salute towards your screen and if you can touch your monitor before your arm is fully outstretched you probably need to set it further back
for me it's arm length, that's best for long term eye health as well
youre lifting your wrist get that arm some support
I might be a good idea to incorporate some stretching into your routine. When I initially started aim training, my hands and wrist would get sore and uncomfortable but stretching alleviated a lot of it. 1hp has some good videos on youtube for hand/wrist stretches
i already did that from the start, or well rather before i started taking aim training more seriously instead of just a warm up
its very very very unlikely you injured yourself enough to need medical care imo
just reduce volume a bit
ye, it was a 1 time thing for sure, i used it as warm up and last few days i've been aimtraining a bit and playing valorant a bit so my hand doesn't per see hurt but it does feel weaker then normal or sore idk its somewhere in between pain soreness and weakness
ty for ur opinion though that helps
yea that's common i feel like, you have to let it adapt to the increased load, especially since valorant isn't a very intensive game since the fights are pretty short there
and aim training is moving mouse non stop
ye, i also moved grips from palm to claw so im using diffrent muscles for my grip that might also be contributing to the feeling
Hello if anyone also has this issue lmk for advice: basically i play with good posture and i sit up right and when i do aimtraining or js move my mouse alot in general after a while like a long session my shoulder feels sore? hurts? its js a weird feeling i know not to ignore thats why am asking for advice on if people expereinced this themselves and what helped them etc it only really occurs when i aimtrain other than that its pretty chill can play val fine but in turn i cant focus for long 30 min sesh for a specific task am trying to grind out and i have to do pauses every 3-4 runs which is pissing me off this problem only started recently btw like a week ago never had it before and no my left shoulder is fine
@summer trout its evolving
do you do small breaks every 30 to 60 minutes? and long breaks every 2 hours?
and how much tension do u put on your muscles?
(idk much about aimtraining or how my mucles are supposed to react but my experience tells me that i need breaks every 30 to 60 minutes or so and after 2 hours i really should take a big break just to let my arm rest for idk like 15 to 30 minutes)
lol
Sorry that my sentences are incoherent my thoughts just run wild. I take breaks every 3-4 runs/tries
wait im blind, my bad
Also tension wise i dont really use it unless need for fast flick or like a a bot who js yeetd itself when i track it
its good to use a little bit of tension everywhere
just don't do too much or too little
its what i mean i use it a little bit when i need to eanywhere
Has anyone been able to find a routine or something to help with constant forearm pain? Mine depends on what sens I’m playing, but no matter what I do it always seems to come back from playing even with breaks and short play time, but I also hold my mouse weird and had/have neuropathy in my fingers
not related to forearm pain but im currently taking a break from kovaaks due to upper arm being sore
@summer trout
@arctic moat SCAM
how do yall deal with eyes pain?
Yipppeee!!!
Caused by dry eyes? Blue light? Can you be more specific
Tbh if it’s not one of them, you should check with your doc
might be blue light since i play game all day
Low blue light mode, get more distance from your monitor, take breaks, use some eye drops. That would be my advice as a doc, beyond that, it would need more intel
every 20 minutes you watch out the window for 20 seconds
doesnt have to be a window js smth that is like 10 meters away from u
let ur eyes rest for 20 secs and go again
bro @velvet yoke
YIIPEPEEE
Mods smite thy felon
I've been wearing these blue light glasses I bought off Amazon and they definitely make a difference, It could be helpful to you as well
they're also helpful because blue light can really mess with your sleep schedule if you play at night
Hey guys, I bought myself a Herman Miller Embody chair, but I struggle with setting it up. I can find many videos explaining the functions, but not how to adjust it to my body. Can you recommend something? Do you have some tips?
deltoideus pain when im gaming for hours only way i dont feel pain there is when i play high sense
is it better to do my full aim training routine every other night after i get off val or is it fine to continue doing it everynight its just the valo benchmarks 3-4 times each
its ok tbh, but i would split it, to not stress your muscles
chair height? sitting pos? it depends...

honestly playing in a lit room helps me a ton (as opposed to the playing in the dark)
also make sure to be proactive about taking breaks, by the time you notice your eyes hurt it’s already too late
my pinky and thumbs have been feeling kind of stiff i guess its a bit hard to explain the feeling should i see a doctor or is there anything u guys reccomend like specific stretches or something
Do you pay for your doctor if not then go to doctor if yeah it's up to you.

hey guys I have a question about the pad position, shoud the center of the pad align with my mouse when my arm is at 90 degrees kinda like the picture?
in the pic is kinda to the top right tho
mods snip off his balls
(or ban him idk he probably got hacked)
Started using mnk 2 months ago and my wrists and fingers are in pain, any advice other than go to the doctor
reduce your volume, take breaks, start conditioning the hand
my eyes go dry and irritating when i try to concentrate on tracking
Got it thank you for replying
the distance from my face to my monitor and position is all well and good, but I've been wondering what brightness and contrast settings should you set for gaming? I've had both settings at 60-70 for a lot of my monitors and I've noticed graphics like bloom and neon colours give me a headache where my friends don't seem to. (I don't think it's a long session issue, these kinds of things popped up for the first hour of the day on the computer like when I was trying to play the system shock remake)

Set it super tight at first, then ease the back and tilt to find what's comfortale for you. That's tour base setting, and then use the locking paddle to get into more upright or more laid back positions. I heckin live my Embody, it's a damn good purchase
Totally dependant on which monitor you use, check brightness settings with a lux meter app on your phone maybe
I can’t play without hit sounds
i bought a marin kitagawa pillow for my mental support? is this good or bad

Would i get any benefits from training my forearm/wrist? Or is training my arm only usefull if i get pain while aiming?
Hi, I moved to a new house and have a new desk setup, and no matter what I do I cannot seem to get rid of extreme shoulder tension/pain from playing. I dont know if its a setup issue, or a tension issue, where I subconsciously am lifting my arm from the pad slightly, or what, but its causing me to not be able to play more and more.
The shoulder tension is mainly upper trap tension that manifests as a cold tingling, and then progresses into burning and aching as the session continues. Rotating my arm in my shoulder socket also now causes clicking in my collar bone
I have a displaced bone in my wrist and ive been using this video for reference https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-b7ItCmvUio
Special thanks to 1HP Dr. Hwu for helping me put together this routine to keep myself prepared for the intensity of aim training sessions. Glad to finally share it with you all.

Since last night ive been having some pain in this part of my wrist. Not sure if ive been putting too much force there recently or why this is happening.
Ive got this ulnar nerve entrapment and I can’t fix it. I went to the doctors and they gave me stretches which ive been doing but I just can’t seem to fix the problem and this has been on going on for months
is it okay that my hand shakes sometimes? especially on micro scenarios

Don't be so Hasty to jump to conclusions. there's a lot of other factors which needs to be addressed in order for you to conclude that it's carpal tunnel. additionally on that side of the hand It would be more likely to be cubital tunnel syndrome. however neither of these conditions are exclusively pain. Rather they're a mix of discomfort/pain and numbness. @marble shuttle
guys, i need some help. My eyes dry out extremely quickly and start to water, so I have to blink on purpose. But if I blink too much, I can't focus at all. this annoys me so much, especially when i want to grind late.
guys i have one stupid quesiton should u have rest day when comes to aim training
Yes
Try looking away from ur monitor every 20 or so mins
@solemn birch ty
It’s not as serious compared to gym I think just take a rest day or 2 every couple weeks
U can def over aim train
The harder you try to aim, the worse it gets. That's not bad aim — that's your mind getting in the way.
In this video I break down why most aim training advice misses the real problem: the psychological layer underneath the mechanics. Using my own experience rebuilding my college basketball shot from scratch (and what happened when everything...

Looks pretty cooked to me. Hope you find a solution
this posture shit is so demoralizing I have long arms and I cant find any comfortable way to use the mouse that allows me to do large arm movements, everything else but this is going well it honestly makes me feel like giving up on aim training in gen. unlike everything else, nothing I do fixes this problem and its not even a big problem but I cant find a solution no matter what...
literally made so much progress these last months but my anatomy has fucked me over and idk what else there is to do
I have a standing desk, a footrest, adjustable seat, but no matter what I tweak im still fucked
its not just like im uncomfortable like my shoulder or elbow will hurt after a session
just sit super high or something
what are some stretches to do to minimize chances of injury?

Alright ty!
take some of this to have the caffeine jitters and hand instability cancel each other out for god aim
lowk tho that’s pretty bad cause this is how jittery I am in comparison, even though I’ve had 970mg of caffeine today + the other stimulants in my preworkout, maybe get that checked out or look for exercises to help improve hand stability
I actually wonder if I have like ADD or something, I feel deflated and miserable without caffeine, it’s been like that long before I started consuming large quantities of stimulants, or any stimulants for that matter.
Caffeine = normalcy. Stimulantmaxx to pb on every task guaranteed.
call it 1095mg, half scoop of dat good shit for a night session since it's friday and I have a long weekend
Heart attack speedrun
nah just goated caffeine tolerance
i'll have off days where I have little to no caffeine, dw
or I won't and I'll end up as a headline in the local newspaper
"local mediocre aimtrainer grinder fucking DIES after consuming an entire tub of pre-workout in hopes to hit new highscores"
"experts say he was never gonna make it to zenith anyway"
Tolerance is one thing, but it's still gonna fuck you up for consuming more than twice the recommended amount bro
looks like someone downloaded free aimbot
Why can't I post videos :p
oh it was an issue with my fone
can someone else try posting a short clip or something?
i'm trying to figure out why discord won't let me show this funny semi health related clip
https://bsky.app/profile/gaydragon.bsky.social/post/3mlei4dnd6c2a i'll just do it this way
If you can guess the pill you get a cookie
You’re right, but the only time I get really fucked up is when I do big doses consecutively.
…which is why I feel slightly nauseous today after I threw 400mg of caffeine at my system for aimtraining + my arm workout.
No more today, I’ll try and go for zero tmr to reset.
I do it cause my energy levels are pretty low as I'm currently in a cut, and I feel way more deflated and sluggish than usual trying to lose weight.
the dieting is pretty straightforward tbh it's just the consequences i gotta deal with, I'm working in a factory 8h a day on weekdays, occasionally doing weekends cause we're busy rn, i get home tired and I basically play aimtrainers for like 6-8h daily, more on weekends, so i'm kinda stretched thin and stimulants allow me to get through days a little easier. fortunately i have a long weekend this week so i'm chillin rn
Do you get enough sleep?
Is it bad to have caffeine more than once a day?
nah its fake i got hacked
never bad to have more caffeine lad
only bad days I’ve had w/caffeine is exceeding 1500mg or having multiple 1k+ days back to back
yeah
No, but there's a limit
good question, not on kvks but the qualifying scores i have rn for master+ in tracking subcategories on aimlabs benchmarks were all done in one session, pb'ing 3x on dueltrack getting that GM score, this was pretty recent too (a little bit over a week ago)
i have less than 300h total on aimtrainers, i do have kovaaks but I want to complete these benches fully before rotating over
my progression is weird, my best used to be clicking but my switching and tracking developed wayyy faster than my static & dynamic clicking has
My best advice i can give you is : dont do this benchmark , i start With and is not a good one, do voltait and other stuff if you want to progress
this benchmark is unironically good tho
if you're gonna feel it during then before for sure

I heard some pros use hand warmers so it can't be that uncommon

getting a lot of tension in the top of my forearm while grinding to hit diamond in wideshot. any tips?
🥺
hi there, im using a claw grip, when im aiming i always lift a bit my hand not to press buttons but when i do it it hurts
when i aim i rest my wrist on the mousepad and i sometimes put my hands wieght on the mouse with my palm for less pain, but it still feels a bit bad
i use an ATK VXE R1
do you know what i should do ?
Take a break, plus stretch a lot
hi, thx for the advice i will do it
i just have another question about it
once there is no more pain, is stretching enough to prevent the pain that comes when i play or i should do something else about ?
It'll help. I'd also massage and warm-up before aim training and do some wrist-specific exercises so you're conditioned more
ty goat
question about mouse grip, I posted it in tech but I probably should have posted it in here
im like a week into a 1700 kcal diet and all my scores just dropped off a cliff 😭
like -30%
this is crushing. might just have to give it a break until im back at maintenance
from?
Well everything just gone down like 30% on scores
I wasnt that good
Last viscose bench i was almost seal complete apart from clicking
i meant what was your calorie intake before the diet
cause if its a drastic cut then it makes sense to me
seeing as you just have less energy
Heyy guys how is everyone? I hope all of you are well. I have a bit of a situation and I am sure a lot of people struggle with this not just me so I just want some advice. I am faceit lvl 10 rn 2106 Elo and I was before but each time I get into faceit games my anxiety acts up and I underperform mechanically. Never live in the moment type of thing and overthink. Tbh I just want it to vanish but ik it doesn't work like that so I am curious how some of you guys handle that pressure so it doesn't take over?
Oh like 3000 yeah
I went to like 2300 for a while but i went down more and added in electrolytes
And im not that hungry
doesn't rly matter if u are or not
your brain needs energy to work
True
and energy comes from carbohydrates
you don't need to cut that heavily
it's better to do it slowly
in my opinion
Thats true but i dont find it hard to stick to and i dont care about maintaining muscle
I tested my blood glucose and blood pressure this morning and it was normal
Read a book or two on sports psychology and meditate. That's the best thing you can do
Why bro, you're just wasting time if not practicing every day
Thats crazy but also you're so right
Yeah man you can never make up for a lost day
bro delete ts 😭
Play the game
Also don’t look at your elo
Why are you cutting
Are you like a wrestler/bodybuilder needing to reach a certain weight
If you’re not an adult, you shouldn’t cut
@summer trout can we delete this so no braindeds get hacked
fs 😁\
To be thin and tiny
Also i am an adult and i do not have an eating disorder
Cutting your weight for no reason at all is by itself an eating disorder lmao. But idk your situation. Maybe you’re overweight and your dr told you to lose weight. All I can say is that if you cut, you’ll be feeling much worse in some ways, and that feeling is relative to how fat you are. E.g. If you have no fat and cut, you could legitimately just die lmao. If you’re fat, your body can survive a long time with no food.
Also make sure your hydration levels are constantly fine.
Apperciate the concern but I am actually monitoring my health and staying hydrated
Like i take blood pressure and blood glucose every morning
ok I found a position that my wrist aim (and to a lesser extent my arm aim) really likes but my wrist and sometimes my shoulder hurts after an hour or so, do I stick with it and see if the pain subsides?
my pinky also hurt for some reason
I have adhd and im a zombie when im not a stimulant
I’m getting ready to start aim training soon, but my elbows have been sensitive recently, mostly when I’m driving or holding my phone. I’m pretty sure I have tendinitis in both. It doesn’t affect me when I play, but I also don’t use my arm to aim either (which I will be doing when I start training). Should I wait to get it checked out? I don’t want to make it any worse or hurt myself. The issue with seeing a Dr is I don’t have a primary care and every Dr in my state has a waiting list to even get in.
For reference I was also working out, and my right elbow started hurting around like the start of week 7 when I started doing more arm stuff. Haven’t worked out since but probs relevant.
ngl same, idk if I actually have adhd or anything adjacent to that though
We have high level aimers on adhd meds
You’ll likely see the word “adhd med” rather than the specific substance since it’s more socially acceptable
right, I see
so snort adderall for a guaranteed pb? sounds like a good deal to me
jokes of course, I’m really sick rn so I’m not taking any pre-workout or anything for aimtraining
That's called having adhd
go to doctor and say the only thing you can do well in your life is play video games and you'll get meds in like 15 minutes
idk how i feel about lying to a doctor though, if I actually do have smth misfiring in my brain then maybe but if not then random amphetamines probably aren't necessary to 'git gud' so to speak
like i'm still in the process from moving through the last of the intermediate benchmarks to the elite ones on aimlabs, breaking through on certain tasks that i'm good at, so the potential is definitely there
look ik aimlabs isn't as good as kvks i just wanna finish the benchmarks before I swap over
You said that lack of caffeine causes you to lose energy and focus
yes, which would probably explain my lack of progress today
I didn’t say anything about lying
If you have adhd you will have some other harm in your life
I didnt realize posture made such a difference I used to sit like a nerd neck degen but I fixed my posture ande got way better scores

Is it normal that in scenarios requiring a lot of responsiveness and movement, like when the ball is spinning around me, I get a little pain in my shoulder? 46cm
Why would pain be normal
i dont pay attention to my health when it comes to nutrition lately, i try to get good sleep. in my every cs2 match my performance goes downhill the more the game goes, i dont feel tired or anything, i just underperform, cant read enemies cant anticipate. it not even only aim, its like my brain bypasses thinking.
i aim and play very consciously when i do and i suspect that might be the core of the problem because its almost like i cant after a while. any feedback is appreciated :D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
why i think its kind of health related is because sometimes this underperforming just doesnt happen, by sometimes i mean some days
focus issue maybe?
idk maybe, it could be anything really. i was thinking maybe vitamin d or something and i think the issue itself may be focus going down.
(this is just me talking about my doctor visit, no need to read too long) i did 2-3 adhd tests from licensed doctors, there seems to be no focus issues other than "timing" or something (it might be a language barrier, idk how to describe something i didnt understand which was in other language), the results were consistent between the tests according to doctors too, although this was a long time ago. if it helps the test was like there is like cards coming up on screen and some loud noises play time to time like barking arguing crowd etc and videos play time to time, i dont remember what i was supposed to do exactly with the cards cuz long time ago.
the main reason i decided to type this out is that it sounded like a common issue, so i thought maybe people share their experiences :p
Sounds like an adhd test. Are you getting enough sleep?

yeap
Yea thx I mean I have been doing really better since last night
Thx to @uneven ivy @keen mirage and my one teammates
Matchmaking is still ass but atleast I do well so I am happy
@rose vale how have you been doing? Tbh i think i made the right choice i think I've been getting my brain to undergo neuroplasticity i haven't taken my adderall in the last 3 days cause i been sick but i feel like it's really helping my brain and messed up central nervous system which was one of my goals pushing for stimulants i also got bumped to twice a day 10mg ir and it's been amazing
🥦
im starting to feel stiffness and a little pain in my hand after playing and ive seen that strength training can help. should i give my hands a break for a few days before starting that or would it be fine to start sooner?
Yes. I used to do massive streaks of back-to-back 8-12h sessions on aimlabs that sometime lasted a month before I broke the streak, although I didn’t have hand pain I noticed scores just jumping out of nowhere when I took small breaks (1-2 days) and came back to it with a fresh mind.
On one particular benchmark task that I’ve been grinding out on Aimlabs (Dueltrack Elite to be specific) I went from like a top 200 score to #33 globally within the span of like two fucking weeks, which I got today (3500, I need 3575 to max out the benchmark rank to Zenith)
So sometimes resting does help, even though it does feel kinda wrong to believe that you can get better at aimtraining by not aimtraining so often.
Rest is goated, always works if not too long for skill to deteriorate
@summer trout

Anyone know anything about good chairs for comfort/posture? a lot of the “gaming” chairs just seem too expensive tbh
hot take but i think chairs are overrated
just work on ur posture and ur chillin
Ur right I’ll sit on the floor
i meant expensive chairs
Oh lmfao
You can just get an office chair
hey gaming chairs arent meant for gamers in general usage ( like many other things advertised ) , get yourself a ergonomic chair probably with mesh back and headrest just make sure height and headrest is adjustable ,
@timid sail
those tall back leather ones do no good , you can get office chairs for cheap and they are actually made for long sitting hours

Yea I was mainly looking for something close to 100 or less USD lol
Like some chairs are 2k bro actual scams but I’m sure ppl pay for it
wood stool works
damn , i just checked amazon for united states i see office chair options from 40 usd , a headrest one is at 89 i think it will be good for your use case
i agree , but the only time i use wood stool is when i have to study for finals like it keeps me awake
fear of falling mostly
its uncomfortable but the lack of anything to distract you really makes you lock in

Yea that’s fair I just wasn’t sure what was actually good or trusted but all the suggested ones I got were like 250+
just check reviews and go what seems best for you
every time i launch up overwatch and im in my first game i start shaking/shivering

I feel like my hand and arm is uncomfortable everytime I play is there maybe a guide for posture or maybe something to help my arm be more relaxed?
Dude real bro
I feel like I’m just always sitting wrong or something
Yes Ben staudt on YouTube has one

Mrbeast????
is there a reason my body is consciously breathing when I'm aim training but it subconsciously breathes while I'm in a game
I been thinking of how hard veggies are to eat and i was thinking you could blend it into a paste
In game u are thinking about what to do, so u dont need to think about breathing. In a aim training, u need to breath slow, to not have shakeness or necessary move. So just dont think about it, its normal.

I know lots of stuff about weights and can help with form and stuff but my knowledge about diet is just "chicken and rice" and how much of it 😄
White rice or silver rice (idk the English name), and chicken with certain spices
But actually alternating
Have some fish
Have some beef (rarely)
Veg is also possible like Veg burger (consisting of soy) isn't actually bad I personally don't mind it
Or falafels
Beans
Sweet potatoes
Etc.
I personally don't like sweet potatoes though, but I think if properly prepared it's not too bad
Être en cours
Being on
@arctic moat most people drink it with water. 1-2 table spoons anything more than 4 is probably bad for your esophagus. And you can drink it with a straw to avoid whatever that guy was talking about with fucking your teeth up or something
Aha
Actually I think you can drink more but just don't drink it by itself
probably like 4tbs per day max
I see
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClHVl2N3jPEbkNJVx-ItQIQ has good content
I HAVE THE BEST TIP EVER! Use glasses if you are not already
even if you dont really need them
also get glasses that have a good lense that stricts blue light, not those yellow lenses
I dont like playing with my glasses
why not
also if i recall I broke a pair when i put them on under my headset
its uncomfortable with headset
i put mut glasses "on top" of my headphones
what
I think you have a very specific headphone
i mean yeah if you have really huge headphones then it might be hard
but you can aswell get really thin frame glasses so they might not feel uncomfy
no I just think most headphones probably wouldnt allow that lol
just use inears lmaooooo
Play with speakers.
Your Charmeleon is now level 27!
What
not funny
didnt lauf
at the same time playing with speakers wont make it any harder to hear ppl foot steps in apex
But back to the glasses, if you use glasses you dont have to use your eyes basically
or "waste time" to focus your eyes since glasses will do it for you
