maybe iron deficient
perhap
Does anyone know if u can take NyQuil/dayquil or basic Advil with amoxicillin and prednisone ? I googled it and it says just increased side effects.
prednisone is a steroid and amoxicillin is the antibiotic
Jus wondering cus I took both around 9 pm yesterday and I woke up coughing bad anyways (it’s 2 am)
If your doc is cool you should ask a bloodwork, it makes for a great baseline to know where you're deficient or where you're fine. Depending on the country it might be costly tho, I know here in France we're lucky w this
Thank tou vro
anyone have any tips for radial/thumb side wrist pain from aiming? after a decently long session i am unable to bend my wrist forwards or backwards almost at all and have a severe pain when doing so
You're under constant wrist tension if you have that kind of pain. Integrate ROM stretches and exercise, and try to identify where the tension lies when playing
what type of thumb pain
a bit below the nail joint
does your muscles like burn?
holy shit
or is it like just pain
okay okay then ur fine
just prob from tension
thumb was curled too much
just focus on tension
so i just flattened it and it went away
thats good
i think i need a different mouse tho gpx is too flat
my thumb be tensiong twitching burning
like so much bad shit
like I lowkey get depressed when I get pain
same bro
just used to like dealth grip
FOR YEARS
ina diff game i used to play
when i was younger
and like now i dont but like
from the past years still affects me
its so bad bra
bro….
tbf
when you’re young like that you do some pretty dumb shit
but man
that sucks
yeah
it does indeed suck
idk ima have to stop gaming for like 3months prob
but I lowkey destroyed mt wrist
let it fully heal
cus i have like calm aim not flicky
me doing wrist aim for legit less than a year cooked me so bad
but i tensed alot
I have no idea how
from anxiety
I still don’t understand
ah
yea I only get clicks now
and like
grinding
no pain though so I don’t care
as long as there’s no pain I don’t see it as a bad thing
ye u chillin gang
i mean like idk sumtimes its like not noticeable but like
but mine doesnt come like after grinding or sum
i could just be laying in bed
and it hurts
or even when i first get on its hurts
im just cooked
like i have a cracking problem too
like my thumb feels like it needs to be cracked
IT IS THE EXACT SAME
LOOOOOOL
I never asked
cus like bro
cus cracking it does make it feel like better
yeah bro i know
but worse at the same time
weird
like sumtimes better its weird
I guess that’s part of the progression
yk like ur thumb muscle near ur palm?
hmmm
like the spot where the thumb
Connects to the hand??
idk how to explain it I might need you to show on a example hand
that muslce for me be like burning/tensing/twitching like stiffing while i be playing
im dead just gon take like a 3 month break
then come back idk
woah……….
that lowkey is insane
I didn’t even know there could be pain there
well
i need to go to the doctor cus i know sum fully wrong w it and they just gon tell me to like take a break for months and let it heal
it might not even be a break it could be a grip change
ngl that’s why I haven’t gone either
i ws thinking that too lowk
are you a pc player
yea
bro what is your mouse grip
yah same cus like ima just take the break on my own
like no troll I changed my grip and it just went away
no rzn to go for them to just tell me too take a break
but at the same time
i wanna just go to like
idk just to like fully know
to get it like fully checked yk
I mean yea
I think some type of scan can show if it’s a more serious problem
so it could be worth
or the doctor just knows
wait its so blury
LMFAO
which one is carpal
green is whats touching the mouse
lowkey a pic of you just holding it would be easier
but my problems
deff came from this
my anxiety is really bad tbh
so thats def a big part
in ma pain bra
the anxiety causes direct pain?
i mean yea
causes me to like tense and dealth grip
when i try not to
and doing that causes pain
damn I see
is your palm touching the mouse?
interesting
this might not be fixable by just a grip change..
I think you’re right going to the doctor
yeah
my theory too is that since you have basically no palm support or like the lower part of the hand it causes you to do more tension on the thumb yk
like it’s putting stress to the other fingers
that’s my guess
yea
ive thought that tooo
and like a diff grip that would take away the tension on my thumb
and put it somewhere else
or sum
yea
bc like
I do have the same problem as you just not as bad
and I have a lot of palm support
so I think maybe a grip change can help actually
bc obv a break will help
but it’s just gonna come back if you don’t fix the cause
true
i mean shi i hit top 10 in radiant and like abunch of nova scores i might just stop gaming deadass 😭 🙏
nah bro
it mightve came to an end
what’s the point if you can’t keep going
nah don’t think that way bro
unless you have something better to replace it with
then yea actually quit gaming bro LMAO
ye i might have to bro
ngl
using my palm
i feel more ass cus im not used to it
but it lowk feels nice
and takes away tension in my thumb
lowk
well yea
like it does make sense why pros typically use claw and fingertip type of styles
since you get more control than palm (I meant to say palm has less)
but dude you can still definitely be top 0.01% in any game using a palm grip
yea just experiment like for me I changed my grip and it eventually went away
primmie uses palm
ok primmie uses some fucked up grip tho LMFAO
and hes like one of the best if not the best mech/aimers in val rn
na his aim is crazy
movement is key too
it’s what’s most comfortable
bc once you get used to it
then you can be just as good
i got really good movement too and back then i had very mid aim
but i was still like imm3
just from my movement
being mad good
yea so get a comfortable grip and you’ll be chilling again
that’s why im looking into other mice besides the gpx
death adder v3 pro
yea you need bigger mouse
yee igghh gl with ya grind and thumb n shi safety was fun talkin tho @cobalt needle
im bouta dip
ty bro hope your pain goes away soon
sg see ya
you too you too
I highly encourage you guys to explore new mouse shapes and gripstyles, to find a point where you can feel like the hand is just resting on your desk and the mouse just disappears
this discussion was highly informative for newcomers to the health part of gaming tho, nice to have it on this channel
Hello Voltaic peeps, I need to ask for mental advice. I mainly play cs2 and I think im decent at it, but I have kinda hit a wall mentally where I dont perform well in like my prem games for example, and I still need to fully get into faceit but its just so bad at the moment where I go into games and just have a bad start which automatically the entire rest of the game feels bad. I dont know why this started but its kinda just a confidence issue with overthinking everything. I just need advice on how to tackle this issue.. I have taken a few days off playing prem so far.
maybe try posting in #cs2 there's some big brains there
Will do ty ty
When I was grinding ranked in Val, at some point I just had to put on music and tune my brain somewhat off. It helped me focus on gunfights and my gamesense/intuition, and I climbed better thanks to it
I worry that I wont hear things.. cuz I catch myself not hearing callouts from time to time.. like being too much into the zone ya know? but this could be a good idea.. ill give it a try^^ thank you
The music doesn't have to be loud, I liked having this to keep my cool
that’s the goal
been researching a lot of different mice I just don’t know what to choose
my wrist hurts but im close to getting a gm score, should I push through the pain or stop?
chill the gm score isnt going anywhere
ur right, I should chill
video games are never worth pain
hey, recently my index finger on my aim hand has been experiencing pain even tho i havent visibly changed grip
(recently as in like a day ago)
any advice?
what is your grip?
bc like your grip could just be bad and it took up to this point to show symptoms
i think it was an issue at one point but it went away
Hello, I've been having lots of fatigue in my arm, recently in my bicep area and its been pretty bad. For context I've been aim training again recently and I'm on an 11 day streak. I've been doing lots of tracking and dynamic clicking scenarios, but my bicep pain kind of flares up alot when doing tracking. I try to keep my tension low but I always find myself needing to tense up my arm a little bit so I kind have smoothness. But every time I do tense, even if its very little, the pain flares up a good amount. The pain also doesn't go away when I'm not aim training and lingers in my bicep. I don't see this type of pain talked much on this discord or reddit, so I'mn just trying to see if anyone knows how to deal with it. I've also been trying to stretch my bicep area to relieve the pain a little bit.
it may also be cuz im very skinny but it hasnt been a problem until recently
where is the pain located exactly ?
how long are your training sessions ?
around like
the upper end
but not like
yea
30-1hr
i usually just do like 10 scenarios each at 2-3 reps nromally
if it's in between the joints, you can relax. It could go away with weather changes, better hydration, etc. It will happen and go away on its own
If you're really skinny as you say, you may need more breaks than you'd think
i see
yea cuz like
i had this issue before
and it just went away
yeah it's quite normal
being consistent with your hydration would be the most effective solution if it becomes a recurrent thing
should i just training every other day then?
you can do it everyday, just take more breaks during your sessions
google a few, but specifically hold the stretches for at least 15-20 seconds. I see people stretch for like 5 seconds and call it a day.
take frequesnt breaks during sessions and make sure ur setup is ergonomically sound
when it comes to wrist stretches assuming thats what u need there's not a whole lot to choose from. main thing is do some flexor, extensor and rotation type stretches and be consistent and take ur time
sorry for late response ( work ) i’ll try that and thank you. could this also be affected by mouse grip? i’ve recently slightly changed my grip for better control and it’s flared up badly after that, but it has persisted for 2 days now.
If you maintain tension because of the new grip, then yeah it'd be related
Depends yeah, most often it'll be beneficial
as long as its not enough for you to feel wired and jittery, yeah.
Is there any advice to help my mentality when playing. I tend to get mad in the game and kinda lack confidence when trying to perform peeks
I wanna learn how to get better at focus and improve my mental overall
everyone gets mad during their games. Def learning when to take 30 mins off to settle after a bad game, or recognizing that bad days happen and not beating urself up about it. i think i big part of it is thinking to yourself "What can i control'. A lot of frustration in games come from bad teammates, toxicity, lag, cheaters etc. Instead of focusing on whats going wrong try to frame the mindset on what you can try to do right.
and i know we all want to be competetive, and doing so brings pressure to play to a certain standard, but remember it is a game and the main objective is to have fun. if youre grinding and it doesnt feel fun and you keep tilting over and over, it might be time to take a few days off until you feel the want to play again
I feel like a lot of the times I get mad its just me like when I constantly get one tapped I get frustrated
I try to control my anger but its hard Im working slowly to accept that feeling and not let it get to me
Constantly losing kinda gets to me
Even when I feel relaxed I still lose lmao
I wanna learn how to be more consistent in my mentality and gameplay to win more games
Right now I feel relaxed but I feel like Im too relaxed and its affecting my aim
Not sure if Im overthinking lmao
Just stop attaching emotions into ur games🫠
Hi can anyone kindly tell me what mouse grip is this?
fingertip
Im assuming ur playing valo or cs. someone has to get onetapped dude. either you get to do it to them or they do it to you. You have to accept that sometimes your crosshair placement was just wrong for a certain peek, or whatever the situation was.
the only thing u can do to get better is to play the game and train your mouse control with aimtrainers, but first and foremost play the game.
other people may have other opinions but the only way i can be consistent mentality wise, is to recognize the things i cant control and forget about them. Consistency doesn't really exist in games, your performance can be bad because of sleep, other things happening in ur life. Its just playing enough to where you fall on an average skill level despite the variables
my mental health is not looking great after 10 hours of straight hong kong cs2
i seek theraphist
Does anyone know to what extent diet effects performance and improvement, links to articles would also be appreciated
look up seal marines keto diet, they've been testing diets for sports perf etc
stick to a plan for your round. Have fallbacks ready if you can't hold the position you were given. Know how to retake the sites, and give com to your mates so you can exec those retakes.
That's the best way to ensure consistency ime, even if you lose your fights if the plan was right then you know exactly what to change the next round
I'll take a look
I couldn't find anything about this other than improvements while having a lack of oxygen which while playing games I don't really have a problem with 😂
Was there any specificity it helped or improved upon?
a poor diet can exacerbate fatigue symptoms, low energy levels which can massively hinder reaction times and concentration. Increased stress on your body and your mind if you lack basic nutrients.
The extent of which will vary from person to person, and depending on deficiencies and the like.
This study doesn’t really look at the same people with different diets to see the difference a diet makes but this might provide some insights https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/nutrition/articles/10.3389/fnut.2023.1120303/full
I appreciate that a lot thanks for taking the time ☺️
no problem 🙏
Hello, i have a specially proeminent pisiform bone (picture) at my right hand, after few hours of playing/ aim training it starts to hurt me, should i worry about it or just live with it as its just a bone and not muscle or tendon
yo weird question, i tried kovaaks for the first time and i found it so much harder than any game that ive played before, but most importantly, my mind and body fell under stress for literally no reason to the point of giving me nausea, anyone has any clue as to why this is? i cant control it its a weird physical reaction
learn proper tension management and stop pushing your hands too deep into your mouse pad
You might have anxiety bro
yeah this is not news haha, but idk why it becomes so bad with this one game in particular, never seen this happen before at this extent
maybe you’re stressed because you want to perform a certain way which triggers it. i’m not sure.
i have felt the same when i started, mostly in tracking scenarios, i think its a form of frustration of not managing to success in what you are doing, anyways, it disapeared for me after 5-6 hours of playing
but if you are naturally an anxious person it might take longer for you or just come from something else
i'll try to focus on this, thanks!
oh aight, maybe ur right
ill just have to stick with it for a week and see if it still there
i have essential tremors and i prolly got the least favorable setup for it (skypad 4.0, light mice, 24cm most of the time) but i can make it work most of the time (s4/s5* gm, 13k controlsphere on 24cm) and i hold the mouse with minimal tension but obv still bc of the tremors some days i just perform a lot worse, are there any exercises i can do to make them more managable?
I always have brain fog and can't focus much on my games, is it really something diet related? To be fair,I don't work out either. I used to go to the gym for like a month or two but didn't really feel a difference when it comes to my energy.
Have you tried drinking tea? Caffeine + L-Theanine from tea can help with brain fog and get you concentrated on the game.
Ugh, I believe for the first time I got wrist tendinitis, or something related to inflamed tendons after aim training a bunch today. I get dull pain in my forearm/wrist from moving my fingers and my wrist.
Is Japanese matcha a good source of both ?
might wanna work on mindfulness, i recommend waking up app
Matcha has the highest L-Theanine content, while caffeine amount is about the same compared to other green teas, so yes, it is a good source of both. You're also consuming the ground-up tea leaves, which contain all the compounds, unlike regular tea where you'd need to brew it for 15–30 minutes total to extract all the caffeine and L-Theanine into the water—whether using the gongfu brewing style (many short infusions with a small amount of water) or the Western brewing style (one long infusion with more water). Though the former will be tasty drink while the latter will be a bitter "medicine".
I make me some good matcha whenever I need to reduce stress, improve concentratation, and get energy boost without jitters.
But I think after drinking matcha so much for the past 2 weeks, I've grown some tollerance to caffeine and L-Theanine, and it's having less effect on me. I might have to take break on any teas to get tollerance levels back, or I'll be just wasting too much tea for the same effect.
This helped than you
Alright thanks for the advice Ill try that

I have pain in this part of the hand when i twist my hand. How can i fix it and do i need to stop playing games for sometime or no?
I also go to the gym and it hurts when i to biceps curls and anything that twists my wrist
Most likely you're compressing this part when playing, meaning your grip isn't a neutral one. Relax more when playing, and use cold/hot contrast to heal this part faster
Should i change the exercises i do at the gym to some that dont twist my wrist as much or is that not needed?
Depends on how much weight you apply on the joint, if there's little to no pressure then it's OK, it won't affect recovery. If you do Arnold press with 35kg dB yeah you're going to f your wrist up
Alright thanks a lot
if it hurts then don't do it
Id imagine getting stronger overall through lifting/resisting training could help
alright thx i am already lifting so hopefully it will help in the future
id assume its forearm exercises that would help the most?
Anybody have any Forearm stretches or something to not make my forearms tensed?
is there a recording for casey's talk from last night?
Yo i'm missing my body can I still practice with Aimlabs?
?
wait for neuralink
It like ran away without me
how to reset eye strain?
Look at far away objects, preferably for as long as you can
is there any specific way i should do it or should i just sit outside for 5 minutes and stare far away
Yeah that helps, having simple exercises like panning at a slow and constant speed from one extreme of your vision to the next. Basically stretching all the muscles, when looking at a screen you're holding your muscles tight so the eye focuses up close
is there a physical explanation why 800dpi flicks feel more stressing on the musculature and more arm related that higher DPI (on same Sens)
what? that doesnt make sense youre travelling the same distance with your mouse. BIG maybe less dpi is more of a jittery movement than more dpi which makes it harder to track the movement leading to more death gripping? smells more like copium if im being honest
i have very bad wrist pain after 20-30 mins of aim training its on the right side of my wrist and its sharp, any ways to fix this? i stretch my wrist and fingers before i play
You mean something like 45 cm/360 on both 800 and 1600 dpi or like 1.154 cs2 sensitivity on both 800 and 1600 dpi? The first one can only do such a small difference that it does not affect anything (it's more precise by about twice as much, but it's so minimal, that you will never feel it), the second one is just that you need to move twice as much and that is why you will have more use of your musculature and arm than with the higher dpi (and sensitivity)
Do less aim training and increase it as time goes. Start with 10 minute per session this week, if it's easy, go with 15 and the 20 and so on, If you have pain with 10, reduce to 5, if you still have pain and it's not muscular pain, then you probably need to do something about your wrist then. I can't tell you what would be the best, but if I know where exactly, like if you point it out on a drawing/picture or something, it would be easier to recommend some exercices for it, but it might or might not help.
Play with your whole arm, from the shoulder and pecs even. Try and keep your wrist loose the whole time when playing, use the big muscles in your arm for big movements
if i cut wood for 5 hours a day everyday how long would it takes untill i become a chad
instant
im so washed up stamina wise 💔 used to run 4 hours daily with no issues
I mean muscle stamina, so how much your muscle can go on for the kind of movement they do. There is also the tendons and other part of your body that need the stamina for it when aim training and such.
what are some healthy energy drinks? maybe not HEALTHY but more healthy then shit like monsters. I started drinking gfuel the past month or 2, and actually is so much cheaper than buying cans of monsters lol
Tbh Gatorade and gfuel are pretty legit lol
I really, really like powerade blue but that's about it, for stimulating stuff I take nootropics
Gatorade has their own energy drinks?
I just heard gfuel was a healthy alternative and it’s like under a dollar a serving or something compared to energy drinks which are like 3-4 dollars a serving lol
Anyone have any tips for too much shoulder tension while aiming, or might know what could be causing it?
i like the v8 energy drinks
Your desk might be too high
Oh yeah it 100% is
I wanna get a shorter desk whenever I get a new one
I already sit on a blanket
black coffee with nootropic supplements
Powerade and Gatorade at least where i live are just electrolytes. not really sure if id call them energy drinks unless ur actually working out for extended periods or already dehydrated. gfuel at least from what im looking at in tub form have some great ingredients at dosages that make most of it pretty much worthless imo
Recently got the all clear from the doctor to start training again I decided to play some kovaaks now I suck hella even in game I’m butt cheeks my aims just shaky man any one got any pro tips ?
just keep playing. muscle memory exists in a physical sense and like in a bodybuilding context after time off u can get back to where u once were quicker because that work has been done before.
my fine comtrol is like that of a player who has never touched a mouse
yeah bro, its normal.
if i dont use my pc for a month it legit feels like i gotta relearn everything, but within the week im pretty close to where i was before
just dont sweat ur scores and get the reps in
yeah i was told my motor control might not be the best ima just go make a easy playlist
yeah especially coming of what im assuming is an injury of some sort it might take longer so dont push urself too much just get the motions in and youll be fine man
thanks oscat
my pinky is bothering me so much
is it my mouse shape
i havnt had this issue before
or atleast inever noticed it
Sugarfree monsters are the best energy drinks you can find to be honest
150 mg caffeine so not overkill, 1g taurine and vitamins b6
Supplementing all of these would be the same other than maybe better vitamin absorption
And against all the memes i'd say Prime is also decent as an electrolyte mix drink lol, it has decent forms for the minerals. Shame it's expensive compared to just buying a mix and some flavours are shit
I know its more effort, but i prefer to buy in bulk the supplements i like to use. and either make a coffee or buy caffeine pills. That way you can get an efficacious dosage of things like taurine, electrolytes or the things you find valuable. and it ends out to be super cheap. Just more of an upfront cost i suppose
ik ADLI isn't a place everywhere but if im lazy i just buy a rip-off ALDI sugarfree redbull lol. shits like less than 2 AUD here with 150ish mg of caffeine.
This is something I didn’t think I would ever hear lmao
I doubt anything is that cheap in the us 😭
its a godsend lmao, they have some bomb flavours and the original tastes exactly like redbull.
The reason I get gfuel is mainly because it’s like 30-40 dollars (46-61 AUD) instead of buying 40 different monsters which are like 3-4 dollars each (4-6 aud) which is like 120-160 (185-247 aud) and you also mix it into water
1.3 aud a serving compared to 5.5 aud
Big difference
I like using gaba supplements when gaming, I get great focus from Baikal Skullcap. Big ass dose of Lion's Mane + Cordyceps gets you super wired as well
this is just my opinion when it comes to gfuel specifically is that u might as well just get a caffeine tablet and chose a few supps like taurine that you find useful and just buy seperately. only because most of the other stuff in gfuel isnt at a dosage to where it has much if any of an effect
I mean I like the taste of monsters more lol but those are way more expensive
Interesting, is caffeine and taurine usually what is needed for energy and focus? Or are there more
yeah it just depends if you want to do it the cheapest and healthiest way, while also being effective thats how id do it, but you have to put in a bit more effort and forego the flavour aspect so its really kinda tradeoffs and the balance that u like
caffiene is the heavy lifter in things like gfuel and preworkouts etc. It does most of the energy and focus aspect. other supps help forsure but id say caffeine is almost the most potent part of mix's and things like that. Ive personally had a good run with taurine though. theres a multitude of other nootropics for focus and things though
the ones i use pretty much is just Alpha gpc, tyrosine and l theanine. creatine has also shown to haave cognitive benefits from memory
I see thanks, is taurine at 1000mg low?
i think 1g dosage is a fair dose
That’s how much my gfuel has
alr
It’s annoying that it curves around the thing lol. Hard to take 1 picture
I’m ngl idk what half that shit is besides caffeine and taurine LOL
l tyrosine is usually 100-150mg per kg bodyweight, so like thousands more. Citrulline malate pretty much a useless dose. for any sports benefits ur looking at like a minimum of 5000mg. the antioxidant thing is a blend, so it goes in order of most of an ingredient to least usually, but the whole things is 26mg so i imagine not much of that does anything
the rest im not familiar with
Citrulline is so goated but in an aimtraining aspect probably has no real use. For the gym tho, 10/10 pumps
I try to workout more recently but I don’t actually go to the gym
My social anxiety is so bad lmao
used to be the same bro. used to think everyone was looking at me in the mirror. you soon realise everyone in there is there for the same reason and theyre legit just looking at themselves
but if you do manage to get out your comfort zone and go to a gym find a friend if possible to come with. ever since ive started going its made my social anxiety soooo much better. because of the confidence in how i look also but just getting out there and sometimes having a chat to people
I'm sure working out at home could still work right?
I mean maybe not as much, they have way more equipment lol
yeah for sure, it can be harder to hit certain muscle groups specifically but overall home workouts are still great especially if you have access to dumbells and a bench of some kind
a pullup bar, some dumbells and a bench will get you 70-80% of the way there provided ur diet is good enough and u train to failure
I'm not 100% sure how to go about a good diet ngl
depends on ur goals really. gain weight, lose weight
I'm in a decent spot I think I mean idk
Yeah monster here are often 1,20€ or even less with discounts so i just get them. Especially because i like some of them flavours lol
Yeah this is pretty useless
Severely underdosed. Also wtf citrulline for videogames
bro. what.
1,20
yea its like 5,5 for us
insane
I don't really get discounts
have u heard of GamerSupps or Ghost Gamer
idk if those are better
Imma be honest most of those are basically useless. Heavily underdosed. Only worth for taste. The only actual useful supplements if you don't have everything else health maxxed out is caffeine. The rest you either have perfect health a la bryan johnson or you are an hyper responder which is extremely rare
Faster and more efficent getting adderall subscription than wasting time and money on trying supplements combos
I see
Are the majority of supplements like multivitamins completely useless?
If you don’t have like an actual diet that covers most of it
multivitamins are good if you find ones with good forms. They are not cheap however.
I workout and usually use multi during cutting periods
During bulks i can get micronutrients much better
I have a pack of like 200, my diet isn't the greatest because I would kinda eat whatever lol
I was gonna take them, and transition into a good diet
haven't got to that yet
sometimes I lack motivation
also creatine no?
I’m just kinda stuck on how often I should work out, what workouts, what foods I should try eating more, supplements that might actually help in general or before gaming sessions ect
there are so many more
3 times full body or 4 times upper lower per week
hit like 2-3 sets per muscle group per session
should be chilling
ask an ai lol, legit a good strat the diet plan it's given me is solid
3 times sounds fine for me, I was planning tho, on monday, tue, fri as upper and middle with tuesday and thursday running like a mile or 2
upper and middle?
the fuck is middle lol
Btw i used to run a split like this on 4 days: pull / push rest rest arms + shoulders rest chest + back legs rest and repeat
but i had overdeveloped legs so i was only training them once a week
now i am on upper lower pull push lower
idek if abs counted as upper or not lmfao
I figured upper was like chest and up
and lower being like legs
I have 2 dumbells that are 10 pounds each, that's all the equipment I have
i think abs are called core
ye ye
or abs
idk I lift cars over my head
i do 3 days a week, chest back and bicep day, shoulder tricep and forearm day, then leg day. Each day with 2 variations to focus on different areas.
6-8 rep range on most things except closer to 8 on isolation type exercises
i spread it out and do 5km runs and train martial arts inbetween those days and rest completely on the weekend
It’s not really the most optimal plan for anything specifically but as a whole that shit has made me the strongest and fittest i’ve been ever.
forearm day is crazy
its an arm day lol, i forgot to add bicep again in there i hit them twice a week, forearms just apart of it
forearms only would be diabolical work
almost an arnold split really
myy man
twice a week
rn im on 39.5cms
of arm
2 years traaining
is it good
like bicep measurements?
yea
is it good
i think yes
but
i have body dysmorphy
depends where you started man. biceps are hard to grow for the most part. But for twice a week i think thats pretty good. You think its good so thats all that should matter brotha
biceps is my worst genetic
part
my best genetic part is the leg
then lats aand triceps
i love triceps
mines the opposite haha, my legs are the worst and biceps the best. I havent actually measured my biceps in years i should maybe measure them soon
can i send images
here?
this is how i looked on octb 2024
now im on like an aggro cut for summer
but i only have 1 month and a half to aggro cut
i think so, might be more suited for fitness channel but its health either way so shouldnt matter
and can i send it in fitness better?
up to u bro
idk is for u tu opine
idk if its said opine
ajjashajdh

for u to opinion?
sorry english not native
all good brother i understand, yeah just send in fitness
ye that one
anyone had this pain with mouse hand? i used to get it after like 2 hours of playing now i get it like on my 2nd match, i swapped mice and changed my grip and it still hurts the same, did some strengthen exercise and stretching and i think it just made it worse idk
often happens when your mouse is too narrow, you overgrip with the thumb and it ends up hurting after a while
i hope thats not the case because i love my current mouse so much
do you claw ?
yeah but more of a relaxed claw
that's often a claw grip issue yeah
guessing i need a wider mouse right ?
shame i really love my hitscan
not necessarily even
you can just learn to relax, but my best rec will be 3D grips for your mouse
have a support under the thumb that'll alleviate the extra pressure you're applying
never heard of that ill look into it thank you
I get like pressure here and light pain when doing flexion stretches. Carpul Tunnel or what?
It's recent too, Ive been doing these stretches very frequently over the last few weeks, along with actual wrist forearm workouts. I'm thinking this is starting from lack of sleep and healing.
most likely you're overdoing it w the stretches
So stretch less, maybe massage more?
how the fuck do I stop getting trigger thumb in my right hand
I tried a new mouse grip out and I got it from that and then i swapped back to my old one and it’s not going away
Hi, so hum, my wrist makes a lot of crack and sound when I turn it to warm it a little I do have a problem and my thumb bone is smaller than what it should be so I have a fragile wrist I would like to know if u know a way to make it better when me aim because it causes a lot of stutter in my aim
Yeah, overdoing it will be more harmful than the game itself
Cracking sounds aren't an issue, the stutters come from either friction or lack of habit. Try using fingers, wrist and arm all at the same time
i already use all my arms and all it's just really a discomfort like a explain my wrist is kind of in bad condition so i wanted to know if u know like any strech or thing to do to have a relief
like i have some pain

His warm up is pretty good
i don't search a warmup i search something to not have pain ;-;
like just mooving my hand left to right make my wrist some crack
Yeah, wzrming up before playing will help prevent the pains
but it's not only when i play
Is the cracking that painful in itself?
depend
it like a spike of pain
You might be underbuilt then, gain some muscle
close to a years that i can't do sport and all because had a heart problem ;-;
or i would actualy do sport or go to the gym ;-;
you should still be fine to train your forearm muscles no?
but with what ?
a light dumbell would work
but I'm not sure if you can do that with your condition
would be best to go to a doc i guess
my wrist is already diagnostic as a handicap
like since my 12 y old
or before idk well
might have to buy one then
If you're that fragile, buy a really, really light mouse and play very high sens
I am developing program for people's health recently.
I think that it will help you before long.
i get extreme anxietey and panic whenever i miss in klovaaks and get really frustrated but not in ranked in game
Has anyone had their problems get better by switching their mouse grip?
I play a really aggressive claw, but I was using a more relaxed variant and it felt quite a bit more comfortable
Hi
This is a diagnostic program. For instance, if you don't visit a hospital, you can select the area of pain and submit it to a doctor.
The doctor will then diagnose the issue and provide a recommended treatment. Currently, the probability of an accurate diagnosis is 60%, and we are working on improving this probability.
anyone have a video of exercises to do for trigger thumb
shit keeps locking on me when I try to clear angles
i have wrist pain rn what is bbest resting posiiop palm up down or side?
Hallo! Guys! whenever I go to the Gym and I do workouts with both of my arms my left entire arm is weaker than my Right arm, I think it might be because I play low sensitivity on Apex Legends, Or it is because of my Scoliosis back Surgery I have had 2 or So Years ago. Is there a way I can train my shoulder/entire left arm to fit my right arm?
I also feel like my Range of motion of reaching when doing like Chest excercises on my left arm is not on Par as my right one!
I would say it kind of looks like dis
These are the type of machines I am talking a bout
If anybody has any way to help please Dm me! 🙏
It could be due to the surgery but especially if you’re new to the gym it’s normal to have an imbalance
Just train normally for the most part and eventually the lagging part will catch up
one way to do this is do one arm/whatever body part isolations with your weak side first. Say for example dumbell curls, and you get 8 reps to failure, switch to your strong arm and then only do 8 reps even if you can do a few more.
i’ve never had to do that though. i’ve just worked out normally until eventually my left and right are pretty much equal strength
Range of motion could be more related to the surgery although, which i wouldn’t know how to help other than doing flexibility/stretching routines
How do you guys avoid leaning forwad into rounded shoulder? Feels like it's impossible when playing
why are monster energys so expensive LOL, its like 60-70 bucks for a 24 pack
American problems bro. I can often get 24 pack for less than 24 euros
wow that's actually crazy
can u buy me a plane ticket out of here lmfao
I'm sure that's also 2k usd cheaper
yeah bro if you want to work for 1200$ average a month
And pay more than half on rent/bills you are welcome
in 50k population cities
that's still pretty crazy tho
i wonder how much profit they make selling a 24 pack for 70 bucks bro
its between 0.30 to 0.50 cents... and its sold for like 4 bucks each
place your arms on your desk, dont let the elbows drop
Thank you very much! 🙏 Dis is Very helpful! :D I thought I would have to do solmething different to fix it but I just need to keep doing it and it will catchj up! :D
I got slight tremors so im basically doomed in being able to be a high rank aimer, but i was wondering if ill still be able to improve the more i aim train and maybe reduce how much my tremors affect my aim
24 packs here in aus are like 30-40 USD worth. making it about 1-2 dollars a can
das crazy
buy some for meh

honestly you could try see if amazon australia ships free with prime to america. it would take like 2 weeks to arrive but theres a chance u get get our price for it lol
or other countries amazon
ive swapped to american amazon for a few niche products like balanced cables for my headphones and they shipped free and way cheaper than buying elsewhere
I know a guy in Val who got immortal even tho he got tremors. He put the shoot action on his space bar and relies a lot on his movement, so it's possible in some games. For pure aim training it might be impossible to push through
Don't drink monster, period. Go for a good coffee or yerba mate or else, you won't inject excess sugar in shitty forms and chemicals you clearly don't need
I changed from buying monsters to gfuel like 2 months ago, because I heard it was healthier, but then I was told here that the other ingredients besides caffeine are so low that it barely even makes a difference
Their shitty vitamins in low bioavailable forms won't do you any good
You'll just pee all of it out
what type of doctor do i go to for my hands/wrist??
i want to get them checked out bc i cant tell if i have arthritis or other conditions
Caffeine pills, most effective way
Nothing else just caffeine?
is it more effective pill wise? and what amount should I go for
pills are usually dosed at 100mg, which is the avg coffee. if your tolerance is higher just have 2 pills and ur good
then i just buy the supps i like in bulk and just take them with a caffeine pill or two. cheapest and healthiest way, no added flavours etc
L-Theanine, Taurine, lions mane, alpha gpc, even creatine is good cognitively.
its expensive for me as im not in america but i reccomend nootropics depo for best quality supps, but bulksupplements . com is good enough for large&cheap amounts of supplements
https://nootropicsdepot.com/dynamax-plus/?searchid=13549062&search_query=Caffeine
This is the most effective caffeine I know of
DynaMAX Plus Ultra Enhanced Caffeine is an all natural energy supplement by Natrium Health. DynaMAX Enhanced Caffeine is designed to provide fast-acting, sustained energy for up to 8 hours without the crash typically associated with caffeine consumption. My hand is cooked
Hello, many people have a weaker side at first. Since you had scoliosis surgery, you might want to check with your doctor to ensure your left side weakness isn't nerve related.
The best way to fix your strength imbalance is doing exercises unilaterally (as oscat mentioned). Unilateral exercises mean you do the exercise on one side first and then on the other. So for you, you would start with your weaker left side first and do the most reps you can, then match the same number of reps you did with your other side. Over time, this will fix the strength imbalance.
For your limited range of motion on the machine, try dumbbells to see if the same thing happens. It might be your stronger side is overcompensating for your weaker side which causes the perception of limited ROM on the weaker side since you can't push as hard. If the same thing happens with dumbbells, I suggest you do stretching routines, especially for the shoulders and pecs. At home you can do doorway stretches for the pecs and arm circles + cross-body stretches for the shoulders. At the gym, make sure to warmup properly too.
If you need help with finding unilateral exercises or how to warmup properly, let me know
Cost effective, healthy replacement for energy drinks and pwo. Dosage is something you can figure out by feel accorded by recommendations
Thank ytou So Much! This is Super helpful!! :) :D I can't Tlak to my Doctor since he lives 2 Hours away from me and I think I see him in the next 5 Years he is my Surgeon I don't have a Full doctor just a Surgeon! 🙀
i somehow made it a habit to aim with my shoulder aswell so it keeps tensing, is there any way i can revert back to using my arm, wrist and fingers only 😭
That's okay, if the strength imbalance is still a problem in ~6 months, you might have to check with a physical therapist though. Goodluck!
Hmmm I think I can fix it! So when I do the Chest/Shoulder Excercises I only do one arm at a time?
I usually do Both for those! 🙀
Or do you want me to only do it for like Biceps and stuff?
For chest and shoulder exercises it might feel weird to do one side at a time, however I do recommend you use dumbbells for these until the strength imbalance is gone. For example you can do dumbbell bench press bilaterally (both sides at the same time), when your weaker side gives out, you stop the exercise even if your stronger side can do more reps.
I believe on isolation exercises like a bicep curl or a lateral raise you can do them unilaterally (one side at a time) starting with your weaker side.
The goal of this is to basically make your weaker side work harder than your stronger side while still giving the same amount of work to the stronger side so that your stronger side doesn't become the weaker side over time
Awesomes! So basically Push the Weaker side even if your Stronger side can do more? :D
Yeah, exactly that's the idea. That way your weaker side will catch up to your stronger side
Awesome! Thank you very much!! :) I Really appreciate it!
Besides caffeine is L-theanine and taurine all that is needed? Idk what the heck dynamie is
Do I even need taurine for gaming? Seems like a workout thing
I’m trying to find something similar
I’d probably have to take at least 2 pills but idk if 200 mg of l-theanine is too much
Tyrosine maybe?
Having a 1:2 ratio for caffeine to L-Theanine is quite ideal for everyone, and you can gl so ouch higher for the dosage even 200 is rly safe
Taurine doesn't get you pumped, it's actually the opposite
Dynamine is an analog of coffee, almost the same but acts faster and doesn't crash you as hard once it tapers off
Tbh you don't need anything, all those supplements should be considered an experiment/used for fun. You'll see differences, improvements even, but nothing extraordinary.
To me, supplements regulate the good days VS the bad ones. If I'm tired, using eleuthero and/or Rhodiola picks me up. If I'm feeling like I can't think straight, having brain fog etc I'll use Lion's Mane and/or Baikal Skullcap. Most supps do act that way
Some supplementation just boosts your overall level tho, there are some I've found to be just 10/10 daily. Creatine, EPA/DHA, astaxanthin are the main ones
^ this. You dont 'Need' any of it in the end of the day. A great sleep on its own will always trump an energy drink with supps after a 6 hour sleep. Caffeine will straight up be the most effective, noticable effects. Other supplements add i suppose an 'edge'. Some people dont respond to certain supplements too, so having a massive stack can be a waste sometimes. But, i like messing around with different supplements cause i find it fun
But in the end of the day make sure you have a good sleep, be overall healthy and have a caffeine tablet/coffee and youll be pretty much peak performance in terms of gaming/aimtraining.
I’m usually always tired despite my sleep
how's your sleep quality though
Idk what you mean, I’m just tired most of the day lol
Idk how to tell my sleep quality
like is the room you sleep in dark, temperature, avoiding screen time some time before bed
Go to bed the same time every night. Block out curtains. Have a cool bedroom. no screens an hour before bed (Or at least use the non-blue light mode at least). No Caffeine after 12pm (assuming your sleep schedule is somewhat normal)
Its not just about the hours but the actual quality of the sleep you get
I pretty much do all of that
Do you know if you snore?
if you genuinely feel fatigued from waking up to throughout the whole day i would maybe have a look into shit like MTHFR gene mutations and shit too assuming you do not have sleep apnea or some other sleep related problems
I still was gonna get an in lab sleep test I just haven’t done it yet
I’ve been on and off different meds finding what was right for me
I had to go into a huge deep dive because my sleep was fucked, thought it was due to chronic sinusitis and stuff and but slept awfully after it was fixed. Found out what it was thru some genetic testing results and my parents telling me with what they're diagnosed with (both MTHFR gene mutations)
supplement what i need for it and sleep pretty well now
I asked my doctor about that but he just laughed and basically said BS
yeah alot of doctors for some reason dont like testing for it etc
no idea why to be honest
all the symtoms that the mutations can cause, both my parents have
Including ADHD, IBS, the whole list essentially.
i told another doctor after the testing telling her i had the mutation and she kinda just brushed it off like ah cool. anyways, refer you to a specialist. lol
I mean all 3 of my family members were on anti depressants at some point
I’m pretty confident that I might have ADHD
I don’t think my mom or dad was
Could just be a this generation thing
Lol
Yeah no idea. but yeah sleep is a bit of a rabbit hole for something that should just naturally work lol. But with medication in the mix already it does make it hard. If you can find the time/money for it def do the sleep study
when i have good sleeps it literally feels like im on performance enhancing drugs
My body recently had been trying to sleep only 7-8 hours
Yet I’m still tired
I used to sleep way longer on the different medications I took
And I took a nap very often
Like I’m still kinda waiting because it’s only been about a month and a half on this new medication
yeah best to wait a while especially with those types of meds. can take quite a while for things to level out
did you feel rejuvenated on the old ones? or just slept longer but still felt tired
slept longer and felt more tired
more depressed
whenever I started taking these ones I felt better
or, maybe I actually just feel best off them
I thought last time I tried that I felt better for a few days then dropped
I have this issue where after 1 comp game on valorant I’m just completely mentally drained and are like almost forced to take a nap, especially if I play another one
def get tested for adhd bro, not just because of this but the constant fatigue is so relatable, i now take adhd medication and it helps me a lot to get stuff done and not just want to quit everything and go to sleep
also helps me eat better which helps out my health a lot too
I'm taking something slightly more leaned towards ADHD
that's what I'm currently on, still new to it
bupropion?
if thats what ure on it took me like a month or longer for the effects to level out, i did have to quti tho cuz it made my OCD/anxiety worse, but thats a separate issue
but it did help a ton
yes thats what I'm taking
I tried prozac and zoloft I think they are called
I was 100% worse on prozac I was literally sleeping all day and was all tired
im on it too rn and it definitely makes me hella sleepy
but the adhd stimulant im on counteracts it so its okay
ull find a combo that works for u , just dont give up looking
yea its rough
sometimes I feel like maybe I got off a medication because of a coincidence
I remember feeling really good getting off medication, but then after a week or 2 it fell apart
wdym?
idk how to explain it lol
maybe I just had a super rough month and just thought it was the medication and swapped to a diff one
as an example ig
my doctor said if I really think its ADHD I should get tested but it costs like 100-200 bucks or something
a few hundred to a few thousand just to find out if you actually have something is just wild
i feel that, it was probably the meds not working with your brain chemistry too well
yup, even in europe here it costed a lot, but i guarantee you its worth it
if you do have it, theres a gazillion different medications for it in the US
I get stuff for free from my doctor if they actually have it
but I am still new to this bupropion
yh just have patience and talk everything out with ur doc
yeah sometimes when i aim train or play my pinky and ring finger aches anyone know how can i fix that?
i havent played kovaaks in some time when i came back tonight my wrist is hurting soo much even tho it was going great i cant risk an injury any exercise i can do to calm my wrist
yea
its never worth aim training if youre getting pain
oh mb i misread..im sorry LOL
When I use fingertip grip my wrist doesn’t reach it max rom horizontally but when I use claw it can. Are there any potential problems I could causing on fingertip grip for my wrist to be so stiff
warmup your wrist properly, get blood flowing in there and try to keep tension lower
Keeping joints stiff for a longer period of time is never good. Just do some wrist exercises every couple of hours
SAME, people keep saying that its just a skill issue or tension but its genuinely uncontrollable and its neither of those, imma go to a specialist soon cause this shit so annoying
doctor said its fine, come back later if it gets worse
but im not fine

not when only aiming, just always my wrist is
yup exactly, my main doctor said its just overuse from games wehn i barely play cuz this shit is so demotivating
just gonna go to someone who does tendons or wtv even a neurologist maybe
tension management is important, even if you dont play a lot holding tension can tire out your muscles faster and the more it happens the longer it takes to recover from. having a more relaxed grip will not only cause less fatigue but also make your aim more consistent over the long term
if your forearm muscles are weak they can also contribute to less stability and hence more shakiness in your wrist/hand so it might be worth it to try strengthening exercises for your forearms and wrist if you havent already
and stretching can also help to prevent tightness from building up
if you've already tried all that it might be time to see a specialist like an orthopedist or a neurologist to rule out anything deeper, totally worth checking it out if you can
Carpal tunnel brother
Once you have it is basically impossible curing it
Can only do so much to prevent pain
i see youre new to the channel, are you new to aimtraining in general? if you are, or have had a long break also it can just feel that way starting out. eventually the shakyness subsides. Especially if you warm up properly.
not new but noob
This would mean they feel numbness and pain in their hands and wrists. Theyre just talking about shakyness. If anything id look towards repetitive strain injury as it is a little more common, and lines up more with what their doctor said, as if it was carpal tunnel the doctor wouldve made it a much bigger deal
how long have u been training?
200~300hr
youve had the shakyness the whole time or recently became a issue?
do you play alot of smoothness/tracking scenarios?
not much, but i play
last question lol do you feel any pain or discomfort normally or youre just shaky no pain
shaky and no pain
Alright well thats good. What id do if i were you is to focus more on tracking and smoothness scenarios, and turn your sensitivity up higher. this makes mistakes more noticabe in your mouse control, which means if you get better at controlling that sensitivity, you will have less errors at lower ones. That is my understanding of it. Id run 30cm-40cm
Warm up properly, 5 minutes at least before training
and try a scenario called VT TensionTrack i believe its called. It tells you when to tense and when to relax, give you an understanding in which scenarios you should be doing that in
No worries, i hope it helps you!
Anyone know any like exercises or stretches I could do to help deal with pain in my fingers, wrist, and forearm
theres a dedicated hand warmup routine somewhere in the resources channel
goes through hands, wrist, fingers and back posture all of that stuff
shouler hurts when I aim train, is this posture issue or overuse possibly??
Doubt it’s over used simply from aim training, most likely posture
my forearm and palm tense up really bad whenever I have to do anything thats very flick heavy. I get around 20 seconds of nice, clean, smooth aim, then my palm and forearm tense like crazy and it just gets shaky. What could possibly be the reason and a fix?
#advice message
I had a similar problem before.
tl;dr, it's your posture and a bit of the scenario. it happens when you're moving your mouse down by using your shoulder. this can be fixed by moving more of your arm on the desk.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y9N5-PAFHY8 this is a really good video about it, but I didn't do much to fix my own problem, and I fixed it (moving more of my on the desk).
A common pain (#2 issue) PC gamers are feeling with the arm and shoulder controlling the mouse. This is a discomfort the legend "Rambo" or FPS COACH felt at times along with many of the players I have worked with. This video is to bring awareness and help you understand how to manage and treat the pain!
The video will feature Ron "Rambo" Kim ex...
but even with any of the posture tips my shoulder still hurts and sometimes moves forward especially doing smoothbot or any scenario needing my arm to make most of the movements :(
have you rested for the day after the pain?
when my shoulder was hurting, they were hurting no matter what scenario afterwards.
I decided to reset for the day and then tried a method to see if it fixed it.
the video shows more than what I said to alleviate the pain, so you can try what they say.
okokok tyyyyyy :3 illl tryy itttt
yea it maybe bc i need a rest. even laying my arm down causes a bit of painn
My right hand ring finger has started hurting after being on kovaaks for ~15m, this started yesterday.
if it helps i use an op1 8k and have a '1-3-1' grip meaning i have my thumb and pinky on the side of the mouse, pointer finger on lmb, middle on wheel and ring on rmb.
is it just too much tension?
Middle finger can get stiffed up very easily and therefore cause pain, hence why I don’t use that grip
Does anyone have advice?
My wrist is so stiff and numb when aimtraining recently.
Not pain, not tiredness.
Feels like it's paralised or smth.
Can hardly even feel pain if I hit the area around wrist on my right hand, unlike when I hit area the around wrist on my left hand.
yo anyone know why my right eyelid is twitching randomly wtf. Must be my sleep or something
do u stretch and take enough breaks? Numbness can be a symptom of carpal tunnel, numbness in fingers also or no?
can be sleep, caffiene, diet. Mostly sleep and caffiene in my experience
yeah
must be sleep
I do take breaks. but no stretching.
Only in wrist.
you can fix your shakyness easily
anyone know why i lost my aim i'm 12cm/360 and idk i don't feel the same anymore
Might be the wrong mention
12cm is super high
i’d recommend doing some wrist mobility/stretching and warming up. Can help performance but i think longevity is the main concern. fatigued muscles and tendons injure more often, and aimtraining even with good form and ergonomics still present a high risk for things like RSI and carpal tunnel.
i'm master
For certain scenarios 12cm might work. but it doesn’t mean that it’s it’s not limiting you from climbing further despite being master
i'm on a lgpx 1 without skates so i don't think i can go further lmao
No skates lol? what happened to them 💀
i have the skates but it's the basic one for logitech so it's suck lmaooo
i hitted master tracking without mousepad & lgpx 1 lol
now get a mousepad and some xray pad jades off aliexpress and hit GM haha
i bought the ac2 not so long ago but i think it's bad because my lgpx has the basic skates from logitech
i hope i get a skypad soon 😭
frictionless mousepad are the best for high sens
AC2 is still better than nothing regardless if stock skates tbf
i still got big friction idk why
hello, if I shouldnt ask on this channel then sorry. I have big problem with fingertips sweating and forearm sweating while aim training (not when playing game). Can I do something with it? its pretty annoying. washind hands doesnt help (or maybe i have bad soap)
any tips? i commonly get neck strain specifically the back of my neck only when i aim train im not sure why most likely posture but it makes doing my playlists more annoying causing interuptions and forcing breaks
Watch out for desk and chair height, if your shoulders are pushed upwards it'll tire your traps and neck
Did anyone encounter this pain? If so, then how do you fix this problem? I will describe the pain. When I play reactive scenarios after 3-2 minutes, my wrist starts hurting as if burning, and I feel almost bombed.
from personal experience its possible youre gripping your mouse too tightly or straining it from overusing the trainer
You're pushing into the pad too much
No, that is not all. I hold relaxed tension, and I don't know what causes
how come my shoulder raises even if my posture is completely optimized?? Im not sure why this happens. This causes me so much pain my shoulder and my traps.
any advice on hand fatigue. I dont know how to explain it but when im holding the mouse my index finger feels like its shaky but its not. Really dont know how to describe it. Like the finger feels tense similar to when your working out and about to lift to failure but without the soreness. The outside part of my wrist also feels the same way too.
to add to this, if I tilt my hand just a bit it feel a bit better. I guess it must be overuse and strain on muscles/tendons. Might have to do some stretching
IS WINDOWS 10 OR 11 BETTER FOR GAMING??
ur desk is probably too high
i have the smae issue
oh really?? that could cause itt?? alrr ill try to lower it ;3
@knotty anvil my neurologist says i have "Task specific dystonia" and i have the same exact issue with you using wrist to track
they gotta give me shots or someshit on my muscles or like retrain them to fix that
I gotta search for that
What did u test
i searched up the machine and its called emg, he also asked me a bunch of questions of when it started and made me show him a bunch of movements like with my whole arm, my leg, my fingers and told me to recreate the movements
i tested only moving arm or hand, drawing circle etc only simple things
he said theres no problem
but i think its not
he said its "Essential tremor" and done
my money disappeared
magic 🪄
That's muscle memory probs, you need to train it out of your posture
Maybe increase ur chair height to make sure ur arms are ar complete rest on ur desk. Am not an health expert btw
Does anyone have like sleep tracker app for sleep debt?
im using auto sleep on ios
thoughts on caffeine, noopept and citocholine
Question for people who know about Forearms! If I do Extendor Forearm excersies and the opposite I forgot the name would it fix my Forearm tension when I play R5? or like Will it make my aim smoother or more a little more shakier?
does it have a sleep debt tracker? I used rise sleep and i enjoyed it alot mainly because it had everything other sleep trackers had but it also had sleep debt and before i decide to actually pay for it i wanted to see some alternatives to with this feature
it might fix it or might not, you still may be just tensing too much
True! I use to not Tense at all but I did one Forearm Excercise before then started tensing but I never did the Upper and Lower froearm both I think only lower!
not saying it wont because i did have a pretty miserable grip endurance and working my grip helped me tuns in terms of tensing but in your case it seems like straight up just tension management
Oh Oki! I feel like it is more on my Forearms
oh no im not saying fix your grip enderance i was just giving you an example of how it can help
Yes it does 👍🏻
I only have done the Bottom forearms
possibly but as i was saying it seems more of a tension management issue more then actual endurance it doesnt hurt to try it
oooh ill have to try it out i have adhd so sleep has been a major struggle for me lol
Hmmm Oki! I will Try THanks oyu! 🙏
Only working properly with a smartwatch obviously, but it tracks alot of stuff which is very helpful for me. Once you get a grasp of all the graphs it has
smoothness mostly comes down to tension management and speed matching which speed matching is heavily influenced by tension @final hedge
ooh i dont have a smart watch rip
:O I have Done a lot of Speed matching how do I fix Tension management I like conciously think about it in practice?
not saying it will fix your issues so take it with a grain of salt. What helps me is warming up where i consciously think about tension management in kovaaks and then going into warm up in game where im just thinking about tension mostly
dosing a stimulant and nootropics pre aim training
:O Oki! Thanks you!! I iwll try it! 🙏
i like playing lots of marvel rivals and valorant and if i dont actively think about tension during the warm up i end up just shoving my arm into the mouse pad and tension the shit out of my for arm and i have a terrible aim. When i play hela on average i have around a 66-75% accrauccy when i warm up my tension management with out it average like 40-55%
Warm up your tension management makes your aim accuracy lower? 🙀
I ca nsee how it could make sense! :O
if i dont warm up my tension management it makes my aim worse
Ohhh!!
Oki!
Sorry I missread it wrong!
Another big thingy I have beenb trying to focus on is Posture and how I aim with my Posture!
Since Posture hhelps your aim!
i have adhd so i pick up bad habits very easily lol
you do want to fix your posture if you can being able to replicate aiming posture can improve your aim by alot\
Yesss and training with Good posture! 🙏
do you work out?
be weary some people like me can feel there aim worse on days where they do work out for me its mainly pull days where i require lots of grip
Yess at the beginning of my workout Journey! I was SO Sore in my Arms
But also!
When I go on the Treadmill for atleast 30 Minutes
And come home and play
My Aim feels like I am a Controller player!
were you like actually diagnosed with adhd?
Nooo I haven't been diagnosed but I know there is a lot of things wrong wiht me like I believe I have OCD because I do weird Habits especially some dangerous ones like when I am in the Kitchen and I see a Knife or somehting Hot I have to touch it 3 to 7 times in a pattern or else my brain doesn't think iti s right
And I do believe I have ADHD, as it is pretty Common now a days
I am Very Hyper focused on things I enjoy doing and I don't get bored of stuff quickly!
Or I doze off into space
And also I am a Big overthinker I woulld overthink about my Aim so Much like how I move my Mouse and how I hold it! 🙀
I think ADHD would cause dat!
hmm not saying you do or dont and i will refrain from sharing my beliefs on the adhd epidemic but i will say that cardio and working out help lots with adhd symptoms it isnt a cure but it will greatly help you deal with them @final hedge
:O Interesting! Good to know!!! :) How does it hgelp I am Curious and would like to know more! :)
dopamine the adhd brains dopamine basically doesnt exist and working out releases lots of it this is just breif summary of it how understand it am no doctor
also working out can help adhd people with impulse control by helping with resistance
One thing I suck at when I am workijng out is Remembering wat people are saying or their names 😿
So I forgot this guys Name
oh thats a whole different story i have horrible memory but whats helped me is active recalling
well my horrible memory is result of adhd
Ya!! I tried to say his name like multiple times in my head
But then I still dont remmebr it 😿
i also play this cool little memory game i know theyve come off as a scam but this one specifically forces me to work on my recalling skills and its helped me ton
Wat game is it? 🙀
Also now dat I think about after I finish Cardio and play game I feel like I don't overthink when playing!
https://www.cokogames.com/sequence-memory-game/play/ its dumb little kids game but its done wonders for me
:o Dis looks Fun!
its works for me and i actually enjoy playing it
itll make it easier to focus on your target which is important but it will not exactly make you a better aimer. There is a possibly that to much caffeine will make you jittery and make it harder to aim. They will help in the aspect of focus but not actual mechanics
hey everyone, does anyone have routine to build a endurance for my arms and wrist?
do you mean an actual aim routine or a workout routine?
workout
are you looking for more bicep or forearm enderance?
Long head of the biceps tendon and forearm endurance obviously
a
Do you have access to a pull up bar? Or weights?
No, i’m at entry level so
😭
but like uh i dont do exercises
I’m not saying you need to be able to do a pull up but most of my routine that I did do improve these aspects relies on a pull up bar and weights
Ohh
For example one of the things I did was dead hangs to build and grip strength and endurance and another I did idk what it called but you grab a dumb bell and lift it with your wrist
