It's definitely not anything degrading of the "lower tier / common" players. I wouldn't let that happen. When Sini brought up the idea of a "higher tier team" I pushed back on it saying the average player being the community focus is what makes the entire group- which it does. There's a reason why the higher tier team hasn't been announced or described yet. Because we haven't fully agreed upon what should count yet.
Meaning: there is significant consideration and defense for the everyday player.
