Set q damage to 5 per rocket, so it's minimal and the purpose becomes clear that it's specifically for the stun, lower Valk maximum height on Ult and raise CD to 5-7 mins. Don't cchange her passive. It's good as is. If sahe flies in your face it's an easy beam, but it's good for breaking LOS then taking height. Changing that will make her feel so bad imo. They could lower the amount of forward thrust that you get maybe?
