Lol I can vouch for voltaic/aim training helping a lot. You have to look beyond the benchmarks and do scenarios specific to Apex. Focus on reactivity, strafe aim, and smoothness in that order.

If your keyboard isnt the issue you just gotta learn how it feels to press the keys in one action, try binding crouch to v b or n if c is uncomfy, thats the biggest thing. Even then i used to do space + ctrl with like 65% success on 250fps, but the simultaneous thumb press is superior after i found comfy binds

Wooting can help but its more of a fine tune comfort thing since you can get the same effect by angling your thumb slightly differently

I have a g915 keyboard with like 5 extra buttons next to wasd

thats far away for me, my fingers are mostly extended on wasd

So i have med, syr, phen on thoes

Then x on bat

Then mouse 4 for cells

m4 and 5 are weapon slots for me

im so bad at pressing 1 and 2 so even those would be worse than heal wheel i think lol

3 and 4 are the only comfy numbers for me
