hihi I've been playing a lot of apex recently and I noticed that whenever I see an enemy I panic and don't aim/track propperly. I also struggle with mantaining my eyes on them because of the fast paced movement. any tips or things that could help me?

play more and try to not panic

that means youre getting to close to the enemy without breaking los, or youre just running at them. Keep distance, break LOS and play off of what you can. not every fight has to be upclose and personal.
take fights at a distance when/where you can and then proceed to move up closer when the advantage is yours.

if you do 14 damage, dont go push a 3 man.

if youre 3v3, and u get a knock, thats one of the oppertune moments to move in, but even then you still have to be aware of the other two

3v3 can turn into a 3v2, and very quickly turn into a 1v3 if u arent careful

although it will be rly frustrating coz you are mostlikely to get 1 clipped by a controller player if you miss some bullets

just do mixtapes and try to get as many headys as you can

i dont think its good for apex. When you hit someone in the head it will turn into a bobblehead impossible to hit after like 4-5 shots. So it might be good to start a spray with headies but you should definitely transition to body shot s after the initial shots
