Any time those new challenges appeared, the required perks would also be in the Shrine that same week

This was intentional and allowed people to get licensed perks from new characters X amount of weeks after their release.

Not exactly some deffinitely do but most killers if they know what they are doing will drop chase and do something else if it goes on for too long. Newer players also tend to just get into bad situations and struggle escaping them more.

Also for Spirit she is historically a very powerful killer that is easy to pick up but difficut to master.

When character reaches level 51 their level resets and they gain a "prestige" level. Reaching a prestige 1 gives all other characters access to that character's personal perks. At prestige 2 the all other characters now start with those perks at rank 2 so they dont need to spend time getting them on the bloodweb. At prestige 3 everyone just has those perks at max level by default.

I'd say BBQ is decent on him (Bubba), aura reading perks in general so you can keep track of where survivors are and get the jump on them are important for him. Lethal Pursuer (Nemesis) for extending those, and if you want slowdown and are using NTH already then I'd suggest Oppression (from Twins). You kick gen, you see survivors nearby, and will also damage a ton of other gens and might get info!

I'd say you could make like 4/6 of their combined perks work in a variety of builds. Discordance, Iron Maiden, Darkness Revealed are all great for passive info for example and that can help you control the map easier

Dark Devotion is also hilarious. It is a Plague perk which transfers you terror radius onto the obsession and gives you undetectable if they are injured for any reason. It also sets the radius to 40 meters.

It TRANSFERS, so any perks or abilities influenced by terror radius will apply.

Insidious is funny, but it doesn’t work very often since survivors can see the auras of real hallucinations

Yeah it works with Coulrophobia. Same with Infectious Fright, Starstruck, etc. The transfered terror radius is literally your radius "transferred" over. The Unknown's perk Unforseen actually does the same thing but it "transfers" the radius to a generator you damage.

I don't see why a pure generator build wouldn't be viable.

Halloween comes with two characters with incredibly worth it perks, especially Laurie with Decisive Strike which is one of the best and most popular perks in the game. Myers is a strange killer following having been reworked entirely as of late last month. Kind of difficult to describe.

On release she was one of the most insufferable killers ever released in the game's history. She was able to literally stall games out for an hour with the survivors pretty much unable to do anything about it. It genuinely got so bad that most survivor lobbies all disconnected instantly on the sight of her because there was no way would survive, and if they did it would likely take like a half an hour minimum if the killer knew what they were doing. She got nerfed hard and then later absolutely nerfed into the ground to the point where her power barely does anything (relatively speaking at least).

The stigma of hate towards her is still lingering about, but now she's mostly a punching bag for being the weakest killer in the game as she sits around for the rework Behavior has been saying theyre gonna do for ages.

Her lore is also hilarious bad and she was a disappointment on release because people expected something different based on teasers. Not super relevant but its also apart of why she is hated/is a punching bag.

Yes, all other games are able to run at a smooth 140fps. For some reason the fps limit option in game just doesn't work for me. I have had it on 120fps for a while, but the game is clearly hard capped at 60fps.

I have a problem so yesterday I decided I wanted to play dbd again after months and Ithis happens everytime I load up the game, it says that it can’t verify me so then I close out of steam and everything. then I suggest to not run any looping perks until you get better, you either won't make much use out of them (finesse, vigil), or will become addicted to them and won't be able to loop without them (exhaustion perks, windows). For learning, I suggest running object of obsession and resurgence

Does it really matter in which order of in which slots do they have to be in? Or can I have (for example using Kate as an example) Boil Over, Dance with Me, Blank Space, Windows of Opportunity and that will still count for it? Or does it need to be in order of Dance, Windows, Boil

yeah they'll do that intentionally to avoid it. Imo the best way to tunnel someone out is to hook a guy near the important gens and proxy that, then go for them again off unhook

survivor meta rn is debatable, a lot of people will say some version of decisive strike, unbreakable, resilience, dead hard, which is a very strong build, but imo vigil sprint burst, plot twist, conviction, and built to last are in there too
if you're a juicer dramaturgy finesse works as well

for killer it varies on killer ofc, but generally it's just 4 slowdown lol, whichever the killer is best with
