In this new list, you can find all of the killer and survivor perks as of patch 3.4.2, along with a few builds for each killer that can be fun, interesting, challenging, or efficient to use. Just a note: Some perks might be a bit lower than expected, and that's because we decided to judge perks alone, however we did take into consideration how powerful the combos they contribute are as well.

The tier list itself is based on the team's collective opinion and has been well thought-out and discussed. As a team, we stand behind this; however, as this will always remain a list based on opinions and experiences, your opinion, as well as anyone else's are free to differ and should always be respected.
