I have some notes about how to help anxiety with gaming and cooling off in general. Long copy/paste incoming.

Try absolutely everything in your power to divert your focus away from going for a 4k. Remember, DBD is truly not a competitive game at heart. You aren't playing Counter-Strike in front of 20,000 people. Once the match ends, 5 minutes later everyone else that played will forget everything about it, including you.

I find it greatly helps to focus on tome challenges. To me, completing a challenge in a game is a win, no matter what happens. Did all 4 survivors escape? Sure, but I got my 7 gen damage events in a single game like I wanted, so I'm making progress with my account and I'm happy with this outcome.

Cold drinks can help with nerves. The colder the better. Just water is fine, but anything chilled will help still the nerves.

Deep breaths and breaks between matches. If something happens that really spikes your anxiety, take a break, re-center yourself, and try to think of it from a strategic point of view. What happened? Why did it happen? How can you prevent it later on? Having a plan means you know how to approach any situation, which should greatly cut down on anxiety and anger overall.

The 5mil cap only applies to BP earned from games

Any BP earned outside of games doesn't count towards the cap.

Let's say you earned 4mil from playing. Then you got another 2mil saved up from login bonuses. Your BP total is now 6 million. You can still earn another 1 million from games.

At 60% left of the chase with it. A horn will go off. And you can pick up the banner (spawns where the guard spotted you) and end the chase immediately

Carnifex (Big Sword) and Jailer (Lanturn thing...) are both only 4.1m/s. Which is barely faster than you at 4.0m/s

Assassin (small knife) is 4.4m/s however, the same speed as Huntress

Carnifex is the least deadly in a hunt. But be careful about dropping pallets early in chases with Knight himself

Jailer is mainly used to distract survivors. So just try not to get sandwiched by Knight and Jailer

And for Assassin? Hes the most likely to actually injure you. If you touch vaults all guards are forced to path to it, giving you time. This is most helpful on the Assassin if you need to change your direction sharply

I'd vote for Adrenaline. Stronger of the two perks, generally speaking.

Especially because you're solo and can't tell the team you have Prove Thyself + where you are.

deja is way better than prove thyself cuz u always get bonus gen progression regardless of if you're working with someone or not. and it helps you identify 3 gens

sprint burst is something you really have to have in the chamber but i think ive gotten the timing on it down really; when i go to work on a gen, by the time im done or where it needs to be, sprint burst is usually loaded again.

as for your other question; some people usually like to have one exhaustion perk at a time (its ideal really) i use sprint burst in dead hards stead -- some people like dh a little better because you can run around everywhere but sprint burst usually has more. utility to it almost

the best perks in the game are always gonna be gen perks, or perks that slow ppl down from doing gens
with traps if you are placing one down on a loop, make sure you zone the survivor to a bad location before doing it
like make them closer to dead zones or the edge map, if you place a trap on a loop and the survivor can run backwards into the entire map its really bad
so its kinda the same as kicking pallets, don't do it if it will allow the survivor to make a strong loop during the animation

If they’re wasting time dragging zombies to useless parts of the map… it means they’re also wasting time going to useless parts of the map

The next chase relatively near you can try and force over there and hit the zombies

nemesis is quite a weak killer, if you play against good players you will not get a great result most of the time
all you can really do is focus on your chase mechanics in general so that you can kill people faster
dont commit chases in strong areas of the map at the start of the game/when you have no pressure
apart from killer mecahnics its mainly just game sense you learn over time from playing

One of them were wasting time but I find it quit smart to drag my zombies in a corner, it's just blind me of one of my tools across the map, the 3 others were all gens
They mostly work around gens, hide and runaway when one of them call out my position in a part of the map

The one dragging zombies was quit good at looping has I was still level 1 with the tentacle

Compare to others Killers, Nemesis is that weak ?

it can also help if you play against good players consistently, you dont really learn anything from killing people that give you a 20 second chase
so if you see a survivor giving you a hard time in chase, i would personally chase that person so you can learn
sure you get more short term satisfaction from chasing the easy kills but i personally like chasing people that are not free kills
but if you want to win most of the games then just find the weakest player and focus them out

when he is enraged, playing pallet loops can be hard cus he has enraged vault speed which lets him usually kill you
if you are looping shack, never loop the long side of it cus if the kaneki player is halfway decent you are dead without counterplay
you will get injured against him and there is literally nothing you can do, focus on what to do after and don't cry about his first hit like every other player that last 4 seconds in chase against him

dracula has 3 forms he can use (normal, wolf, bat) and they all have different powers (normal can shoot fire like executioner power, wolf can dash attack twice kinda like demogorgan, and bat can move faster but can only see scratchmarks kinda like spirit phase, bat can also TP to vault locations)
houndmaster just send a dog in a straight line, then she can make it dash again to bite and slow you down so you wanna play around pallets as you can stun the dog when it bites you to get rid of it

That's where the classic 'slug for the 4k' comes in. Down third survivor, leave them, go for the last one, down that one and hook them, go back for the other survivor. This plan can be foiled if there is Unbreakable in play but it's usually the most consistent way of avoiding a hatch escape. Also get ready to search for the slug, since they do tend to crawl away.

I obv like Renato and Thalitas a good alternative if you prefer female survivors, haddie imo gets good skins but not everyone's a fan because she's not conventionally attractive. Yun Jinn , Mikaela and Felix are just normal people who get a lot of good skins if that's what you want, and Elodies a bit like gabe and Taurie where she's on theme, but not as much as the other two

Within 24, 32 or 40m by default of the killer (depending on the killer on the default radius) the survivor get an audible queue that you're approaching, more intense the closer the killer gets to the survivor

It'll start regressing the generator as soon as there aren't any survivors touching it. Ruin basically kicks the gen for you, but without any added benefits of the kick (the automatic 5% regression, perks that require a kick)
