I second this, especially since I play and main Wesker, it's pretty simple to loop him and dodge his dashes, his dash hitbox compared to the Survivors is pretty slim, so a Wesker missing is pretty common.

Token based, you get a token whenever a survivor is unhooked at least 24 meters away from you.

At 2 tokens, you get a small haste effect for 10 seconds after hooking a survivor.

At 3 tokens, all survivors are exposed.

At 5 tokens, you can mori any survivors that you down.

It is tied to a hex, so you have the potential to lose all of these effects if the totem is cleansed.

The best plan for this against Bubba is to leave that person for a bit and just do generators and waste the killer's time. If unhooks can happen and your teammates choose to, great. But it can be deadly without communication.

Against a Billy, unhooks are easier since the killer can't down multiple survivors at once like Bubba can, so you can handle unhooks normally against him, but it might be a guaranteed trade.

24 meters and further will give you a token. The perk will light up at the bottom of your screen when a survivor is hooked and you're far enough away. If it isn't lit up, you're too close.

It's always better to be hooked against a Tombstone Myers than killed straight out. If you have to vault something or jump into a locker, then that's ideal. When it comes to unhooks, I believe you can pick up/drop your item repeatedly to prevent the mori. Otherwise, just try to run somewhere safe, whether it be a locker or a pallet.

Man. Killer tunneling and slugging has gotten worse by the month.
I know tunneling has always been an issue, but nowadays it feels like every game. At least every other match.
Basekit Mori was a good idea on paper, but that literally just encouraged most killers to slug for the 4k and play lame.
And the only real counter to tunneling seems to be "get good at looping", which is no simple task for 80% of players, including myself. Anti-tunnel perks like OTR and DS are easily avoidable, so they're only a band-aid to a gaping-wound solution at best.
This is really me venting a bit but curious to what others think here.

Freddy is more enjoyable (in my opinion) though Pyramid Head is stronger. Freddy’s perks are better than Pyramid Head’s, as two of them got significant buffs while Pyramid head only has Trail Of Torment. Forced penance is a niche except for specific killers.

Really just depends on whether or not you want a strong killer, or their perks. Freddy is on sale rn I believe, so if you were to get him, now’s the time

I asked this question a few days ago too and no, the speed is based off of the characters speed. So a 10% speed buff on a 110% killer is 10% of 110% and not a 10% addition to 110%

This build includes a way to track Survivors, some additional slowdown that works well with the Reverse Bear Traps, and some help in the endgame, where The Pig is at her weakest. They did say "for events", in this context an event being any valid reason or purpose. In this example it was Jane and blight for a week since the rift came out with a Jane and blight challenge

Either that or the stun was slightly too early. Normally, if it is after the end of the pick up and you hear the stun sound, you should get the save. Swinging just gives the killer a little extra quick distance, but doesnt make them immune

Bring perks that help around pallets and healing. Because you can get a lot of injured very fast in frenzy you have naturally good slowdown but legion has trouble getting downs. Short pallet loops are hard to play around without using frenzy to bypass pallets, and using frenzy prevents you from downing, so bring perks that help you destroy them like brutal strength or fire up. Coulrophobia is also good for the antihealing aspect too

Legion has a lot of good addons as well, most common choice being the iridescent button which I recommend you use once you’ve got enough of them

I personally run the iridescent tape as well for the slowdown and info but he has lots of good brown addons too for early gameplay

It was good while killers were abusing the 3 gen strategy. At the moment you don’t really need to run it. Also, you have to play extra safe because if you get injured all the progress will be lost. Small benefit from running this perk is that bypasses Merciless Storm. In same situations you can pop a generator before it’s hit by a Pain Resonance stack. Overall, it’s an okay perk but there are others that are more effective.

There’s only a handful of killers with the mobility and map control recquired to keep generators in check without perks, and even then it’s still a nightmare. Don’t beat yourself up too much about it, just try and learn what gen slowdown perks you’ll need to enjoy ghostie more

I like the new freddy but on controller he feels more stiff and clunky than he used to. I think its because of how you use his ability. You use one button for all abilities and if you even tap it longer than a second it wastes the teleport. It also requires two buttons to confirm an ability that used to feel seamless with just one button press

And i also hate how i never know what ability im swapped to without looking at the bottom. I think the sound queue for changing ability should be louder

I know you’re a new player so this might be hard/impossible, but try to get as high a grade as possible on your class before the reset. You gain these ranks by doing well in the 4 gameplay classes at the end of the match. You get more BP as you rank up at the end of the season up to Iridescent rank 1 which gives you 1 million

That'll come with experience, game is very hard to get into especially survivor, the builds does suck, but after kinda recent changes a lot of characters are 2x-3x cheaper than they used to be permanently, so you'll have better luck. Like start from bottom right/left, then really quickly go left/right and up to the apex of the triangle, then back and left/right

Charcoal stick removes that. But lets them see the big crows you place to fire them
