There are a few specific pinches with different techniques. I'll cover the basics of four of these, those being ground, ceiling, team, and kuxir.

Ground Pinch

When setting up a ground pinch, you will want to use the ceiling. Setting up with a touch up the wall, and driving onto the ceiling is the super easy part. The next step is to try to air dribble the ball down into the floor. There is a catch with that however, you want to be moving at the same speed as the ball or as close as possible when the pinch actually happens. For the fastest ground pinches you will want to set the ball up off the corner and pinch directly in front of the net.

Ceiling Pinch

This is actually quite similar to the ground pinch, a setup off the wall where you air dribble the ball into the ceiling, and yet again try to stay the same speed as the ball on pinch.

Team Pinch

There isn't much to team pinches. You and a teammate line up the ball to pinch towards the target while both flipping in at the same time, this one is much more leniant and doesn't require a certain flip or insane timing or speed.

Kuxir Pinch

There are a few techniques to this pinch, for instance the older kuxir method, or the jhzer method. However there is a more commonly used method for more power and control. This is a corner flip that is forward, but the direction depends on the wall. If you pinch right wall, top left corner flip, left wall is a top right corner flip.
