I think personally defensive wise arms could use something a lil better in the defensive end but not ignore pain. The main dmg thing for arms is MAYBE upping MS and exe dmg or building up rend and deep. Hell it would be funny to see Bladestorm as a actual good offensive for once instead of just cc immunity
