I think the non demo arms hero spec will do fine enough that you can slam it over fury in 99% of guilds

a well stated equal item level weapon will likely beat it, but if its higher ilvl than what you got now, it's probably worth using; the awkward part is that lack of primary stat hurts it in multitarget since the effect is mostly single
