imho Signet very rarely is useful in practice since fights need to last quite a long time for it to build up (4min+) and it's risky to play it in keys-- akin to Anvil (which also requires a lot of combat uptime + management).

OCE is quite safe in all content though

Signet does pump though, just bear in mind the realistic fight length of the content you are personally participating in

it can take a bit for a new spec to click, but both Fury and Arms are relatively straight forward, with some nuance throughout to perform well

Your main goal in life is to use Mortal Strike. Use WW and TC to spend rage and reset OP. Use OP to reset MS. In execute phase it's almost the same thing. Still a Mortal Strike bot. But instead of using TC or WW to spend rage you want to use Execute.
