Exe hits for like 1.5mil ish and you’re cleaving 65% of that. You mostly hit it for your primary target. But the cleave damage isn’t bad

The MFE one gives you a kaching sound when you hit 3 stacks so you know when to hit execute. That's kinda the only one that remotely helps
