You generally want to ensure you have Bladestorm for a fresh pack, or it's coming up very soon into one, so that you can get Overwhelm stacks up quickly
- if you don't have Bladestorm, just prioritize BT until you get a couple Reap procs and Execute sooner to consume marks quicker/get BS back up faster
there's a little bit of circumstantial tech there - every time you Execute w/ Sudden Death, you get an instant Slayer's Strike/Mark for Execution, so you can kinda game Bladestorm CDR by Executing sooner than the ka-ching, just for the purposes of getting more marks ...and more marks = more BS CDR
that's also why the APL prioritizes Execute at 2 stacks of Sudden Death, even if you don't have 2-3 stacks of Mark - you'll still get a free Slayer's Strike out of it

- use Bladestorm to get the initial applications so that you can proc Reap, and then Reap will sustain itself
BS, Reap, and consuming Marks with Execute all apply Overwhelmed, it's very easy to maintain - the only "hard" part is the initial application so that you can proc Reap w/ RB in the first place (that's where BS comes in)
