We're not really gonna be able to help you especially if it's M+ as there's 20 diff reasons why your overall is low and it might not even be your fault. If you wanna improve in M+ record yourself and vod review after. If your unsure double check wowhead prios and compare your vod with good players like Critcake or Bizentien.

so long as you're pressing bt on cd to get tb procs, and press tb on cd, and send all your cooldowns as often as possible

that's kinda all you can do
