My main problem is the recklessness window on pull generally. Is casting rampage a wrong thing? I get overcapped on rage if I use a raging blow so I rampage like always.
Also every guide I read says cast raging blow after blade storm to build up slaughtering strikes. Should I do that and waste rage generation?

IMO by the time turbo boost comes out a large amount of people are done anyway. Its an attempt to bring people back in. Which can be annoying if you are trying to hold top% But honestly top % people are likely pushing still anyway.

And this season in particular it lines up with remix. Just play remix while you wait for midnight instead if you dont wanna gear anymore

Look, the thing is that the 1 or 2 extra 1/6 myth pieces aren’t going to make or break your season. It’s a fun boost, but I can just as easily use my 2 weeks of gilded on my weapon craft and my sacbrood + screams trinket and basically be at “optimal power level”
