I changed to Haste just for consistency w/ Arms more than anything, but you can rotate gems to make up for any differences (e.g. with haste fiber, you'll gem more verse, with verse viber, you'll gem more haste)

I don't know of any currently, there have been a few odd ones in the past (like early MoP Fury) where Crit goes from a real bad stat to a real good stat to a real bad stat, but I don't think many designs like that exist anymore
