Amp lockandstalk is probably fine you wont Pad the adds as hard as someone with hoc but youll blast the boss and bossdamage is realistically the only thing you can really do to make the boss easier than it is
If you only have to play 1-2 frontals in p2 you can cheat out an early kill despite some mistakes

Words adds practically nothing since Fury deals very low bleed damage, and Uproar is only any good if it lets you hit multiple targets more (since the single target damage of roar is very lackluster), so in a fight like Gallywix that only has adds every minute+ those follow-on nodes don't add much value as they do in a heavier AoE or M+ setting

If you only have access to heroic gear for dinars, a trinket or Jastors will likely be a better option (again, sim to be sure)
