You som based on the information you are after. Usually people do ST 5 min, to get maximise our prio dam. Then 5t against that to see the difference between ST and sustained AoE.
Then some also do a 8t or higher sim for another data point.

Then based on that info try to build to be efficient for your scenario

As the TierSet isblow impact, it makes sense it does little ot nothing. You don't want a boring TierSet to force you to pray/play around it.

High impact TierSet like DFs3 works, as you are in control and decide the plays to get the most output

As we are now a flat DPS profile, then the RNG TierSet should not swing that at all.

For this week, 4 from caches, 1 one-time-per-account (I think) bonus one from the Delve S2 intro quest where you talk to Reno and the murloc, 1 per character from renown 9, min 6 - run those, 6 echoes, do worldsoul in a raid group and that should get you roughly 2 more keys for 8 (6 * 35 per shard if you get like 200-400 points), as long as you don't run 5 echoes and get bugged out, or there's enough WQ spawns on your character with shards to fill it out. Might be able to squeak it out to 9 using WQs + echoes from the 7th and 8th one, but there's a weird long tail on the farm since you get key shards from echoes, and you get echoes from running keys, so it's hard to really nail it down.

weapon is like one of the best upgrades but if you get a myth weap out of vault or something it may be worth to push it back a bit

in general tho crafted weapon prolly one of the most valuable things for anyone if raiding cause its never replaced until mythic gallywix weapon but if you dont raid as much and dont use ascension embellishment then its still good to have for upgrading other stuff, i think its now equal crests spent on a crafting weapon vs upgrading a myth track but it saves crests if you have a hero track off hand to upgrade

if you ever plan on crafting the weapon tho it would def be wrong to upgrade a mythic track to max with gilded first

and it is ok to full send gildeds on a mythic weapon to max but only if you kinda never plan on making the crafted weapon

or at least plan on it much later in the season

but pmuch you dont have to craft the weapon if you get myth out of vault next week, and maybe the week after, but if you dont get one out of either then yeah prolly just craft weapon for the biggest uppies
